We chose this store because last year we bought ourselves a king size bed from here. The staff in the store and the delivery crew were also wonderful. Thank you so much!

Robin met us and through his dedication, knowledge and thorough informative approach, without the high pressure sales pitch, we made a significant purchase and were very pleased. I will recommend this location without hesitation.

Patient, gave us space, no pressure and showed us the differences between firm, medium, and soft as well as gave us a briefing on the different kinds of mattresses. Great selection of affordable mattresses too. The ONLY huge downside is the return/exchange policy.... (there is none..)

We bought a similar mattress for our son's bed from Leon's and it was SO uncomfortable compared to these (and more expensive) we ended up changing his as well. Will definitely be back for our bed when time comes.

After getting home and trying out the mattress I’ve found that it feels nothing like the one in the store (yes, I’ve waited a few weeks to try and adjust,) and it’s also VERY uncomfortable. Lastly, there is not return policy at all!! I wasn’t told this by my sales rep, I was told that there was a warranty but there was no other explanation. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have bought from Mattress Mattress at all! So now I’m stuck with a $1100 mattress that is causing me pain and I cannot afford a new one because the sales person couldn’t do their job. Don’t waste your time buying from here, never trust a store that doesn’t let you make returns or exchanges. Honestly if I could give this store zero stars, I would.
