Lots of couches, bigger selection than I expected. Good furniture with competitive prices. Shop around but I would recommend checking this place out.

Kevin was Friendly n helpful Within 30 days of getting couch the seam was letting go. As we had moved away 6 hr from Edmonton we had no way to bring it back. Told to get a quote. $150plus tax to fix it as it was 6 inches long by time I finally got a response. Told that was too expensive. Considering it's a manufacturer defect they need to fix it not me on a couch that was less than 30 days old. Don't buy from there.

My Fiance and I were scrambling to furnish our apartment by the end of the day. We had already gone to Ikea, and the Brick but everything was so expensive and low quality. So I took a peak on Edmonton buy and sell to see what I could find. I sent a message to Kevan! He responded instantly, and told us to come down to the store to take a look at the sectional we we're interested in, and some other furniture. He was beyond helpful! And made sure to accommodate and help us anyway he could. We ended up walking away with more then what we came in for, because the pricing was SO good. We basically furnished our entire apartment,with huge leather sectional ($898!), A queen mattress, box spring and frame, along with a beautiful coffee table and matching night stands to go with it. ? He also got us same day delivery! So beyond happy! Thanks Kevan. We will definitely be recommending this place to everyone. Come here before you go to the Brick or any big furniture store, and save yourself a lot of money! So worth it!

You may have a good deal here BUT BE CAREFUL people. When we found out some real damages in each of their furniture that they delivered to us , we take some pictures as they required and send them back to customer service . They say it takes a few days to solve the problems, believe it ot not it’s been 2 weeks already and here i am still waiting . i send another email to them but still no response today . if there are negative star i would do it !

We purchased a reclining sofa and love seat this fall. A couple of months later we took pictures of the collapsed arm rest and emailed the company. We actually brought in one section to have repaired. They claim it’s wear and tear. After 3 months (in a seniors house), we beg to differ that we didn’t abuse our furniture. Disappointed with the outcome. We don’t recommend them or their insurance protection as it turned out to be money wasted.

They actually had sofas in stock unlike other stores. The sales person (Kevin) was very polite, and the prices were quite good. We got it delivered the next day. The delivery guys did show up quite a bit later than expected but overall we're happy with the purchase.

Purchased a couch with a small tear in it. Took weeks to be able to speak to someone after sending in the info required. Was told it would take a while to be repaired so chose the option to be compensated. It has been months and I have emailed and called speaking the their manager Moe multiple times and I am still trying to obtain this compensation for the year when received. I will continue to contact them for this but do not recommend as their customer service has been unfortunately terrible to work with.

Purchased a sectional from them a year ago. I never leave reviews for anything but this was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had at any business. I put a $300 deposit down on a couch (I was moving to Edmonton and knew I wanted the couch but couldn’t pay for it until I got there). Upon arrival at the store they inputted my information in to finance the couch through β€œpaybright” and kept getting errors saying they couldn’t finance it for me. Not that I was DENIED but rather there was an error either on pay brights end or on furniture4less. Therefore I told the business that since I couldn’t finance it I wanted my deposit back cause I was unable to pay for it. The manager and multiple employees informed me that they were gonna keep my deposit AND I couldn’t have the couch. The nerve of the manager. After multiple calls through pay bright trying to figure out why they were getting an error it turns out it was furniture4less fault for inputting the wrong info. They are crooks and lack empathy for customers. If the manager reads this just know one day you’re gonna mess with the wrong person and you’re gonna get what you deserve, scumbag.
