Rocky Chong in Edmonton location has helped me multiple times today. He shows dedication to excellence in what he does. I will recommend buying from Richelieu.

I have called there three times in the last two weeks and haven't been able to talk to anybody!? Either the phone just rings and rings endlessly, or I get an automated machine saying that all their sales associates are busy and that they'll take my call in due order. I've been sitting on hold for 20 minutes as I write this. And, no option for a call back. Now, if it was the first time, I'd never mention it but this has happened all three times I've called. ? It's sad that I was recommended to go here by Angelique Case Interiors, who are great people. I don't think they would've directed me there had they known how understaffed Richelieu is, with the resultant poor quality of service. I will try them, once again, in a week or two. If I'm still left frustrated, I'll look for my hardware needs elsewhere. 30 minutes and counting....... Ugh, I'm hanging up.
S	Stu Almond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 25 cabinet handles and was warned by cabinet installer not to use supplied bolts. Used them anyway and 1 of the 50 bolts broke off inside handle and rendered it useless. They would not warrant the part. Had to buy a new one and will never return
J	John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with alot of these posts. Horrible customer service, and dont seem to want to close sales with customers. I'm guessing we got there to close to closing time and they wanted to run us out instead of help and run late. I was actually told they are "refusing my business and I need to leave the store." For not having a mask on, event though I have a medical exemption and a card. Not to mention 2 of their employees were not wearing mask. Good to see this company is doing so much business they can afford to turn away $2000 in sales. I would avoid at all cost.

I called to see if Richelieu had my part and the man on the phone was condescending and rude. He does not know his products and did not even look up product information. Very quickly into to this call I realized that this rep did not want to help me.
C	Christie Forrest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to look at cabinet handles. Lady at the front counter completely ignored us. No greeting. We were there for about 15 minutes and were the only people in the store. At no time did anyone try to help us. Won’t be back.
K	Kristen C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PJ White's service is AWFUL! We call in our order days in advance and tell them when we are going to come and pick it up. We call an hour or more before we go to pick up and ask them "is my order all there?" they say "yes", we say "it is pulled and ready for pick up?" and they say "yes" and then when we get there we have to wait 2 hours for our stuff! This is not fair to us small business owners who don't make a lot of money per hour and have clients depending on us!

Clearly they consider themselves more qualified than our provincial chief officer of health. They are not even qualified to provide decent service or to be polite.
