She gave me some options and offered some great ideas too. She had a lot of knowledge, very professional and I liked alot of the products there. Good prices as well. It was nice to look around and not be hounded. Check this place out! it won't disappoint. I will shop there again and recommend it.

Their sales associate Jadra has really set the bar in my mind of great customer service. She fun, friendly and beyond knowledgeable. She was so charismatic, we probably would bought the couches even if we didn't like them lol. Fortunately we really liked the set and the rest of the showroom. Great furniture store and ask for Jadra!!!

Not knowing exactly what type of sectional we wanted, we left excited with a new sectional purchase and a “white glove” delivery service within the next week and at an economical cost. I couldn’t believe our Couch was in stock and deliverable within the week since COVID has delayed availability to so many Products. Our delivery was beyond exceptional! From the moment our couch was delivered (exactly on time) to the set up, took a matter of 10 minutes. And they were very professional and courteous. I would strongly recommend Finesse Furniture Outlet and their delivery service to all my friends and family.

Amazing service, great furniture for a great price. Jarda was amazing ! We had an issue (not at the fault of them, sizing issues). We were able to exchange them no issues! Ended up getting something even better. I would highly recommend going here if you're looking for great service and quality!

They not only deliverd/assembled our couch n love seat, They actually made sure that while recling it doesnt tough our wall and windows. Real Happy customer and would probably come back when we need something new.

Leah was amazing giving us the balance of space we needed, product knowledge and eager customer service. She saved us thousands from making a bad decision on another furniture pieces that we were looking at and tried to help us with different products! The delivery guys checked the items before delivering it and was professionally assembled!! Thank you everyone! We love it!

Leah was there to help us with any questions, very friendly and really knows her products. They have a good variety for the size. Leah was fantastic to deal with! She sat down with us and took time to draw out a floor plan to help us figure out what would work best in our place. She asked to see any photos of our home to help with colors as well. We now have a better idea of what we need. Great experience, great customer service, highly recommend this place.
