★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought new furniture from this location (as recommended by a friend). The salesman helping me was Raymond. I found him very helpful and I did not feel pressured. It took a couple of visits to find what I wanted and in my price range. The sale they had on made quality furniture affordable.
I had my new furniture delivered, and they also removed my old furniture. The delivery team was excellent!! The day they delivered was during a snow storm,and they were extra careful of the floors etc.
I highly recommend, as I will be shopping there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to leave a review, Steve came out and repaired my La-Z-Boy chair, while he was here he noticed that my chairs were not stuffed properly and told me he was going to order new stuffing for them and come and pick them up and get them re-stuffed and bring them back again. They are awesome and Steve deserves a huge raise raise for going above and beyond and for coming in and fixing the part of my chair that was broken. Exceptional service! the kind that I would’ve thought anybody would like to receive. If I had to give a review in store it would be a 15 out of 10 I was very very impressed with the service thank you Steve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience I’ve ever had at a warehouse. I went to the warehouse to pick up our Lazy Boy and had one person ahead of me. I handed the warehouse manager my papers and he said it would be about 30 minute to get it and load it. This was totally reasonable and so I agreed to wait. 30 minutes later it was my turn so I pulled in and waited only to have the manager ask who was again so he could find me on the computer. By this time there was a huge line and he asked me to pull out while they looked for my order which he had clearly forgot about completely. Instead of rushing to find it and get it prepped they began to handle new customers while I waited for another hour! I had to go back again and ask what the heck was going on only to be told “sorry it’s really busy right now”. When I showed up an hour and a half earlier it was just me and ONE other person there!!! Finally, I just told them to get it loaded now, so they loaded it without a box or anything so I could get out of there. Total waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe if we could afford it we would like it more haha. My husband had never been in and we were looking for a sectional for our bonus room. We walked out almost as soon as we walked in when we saw a 2 seater on sale for $4700. Furniture is very comfy but I guess we're just too poor haha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We finally made our way into this location and it was awesome. Salesman were upfront said what they have and left you alone to look at the store unlike most furniture stores. Found couches. Got it delivered and assembled in less than 72 hrs from when we left store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at the service department here today! Went in with an issue regarding the power supply for our recliner we bought years ago. It was so long ago I forgot that I bought the extended warranty which evidently covered the issue. The lady I dealt with took the time to look us up and make sure I got the correct replacement. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but she was very polite and happy to help. Made my day, thank you.
