★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great virtual buying experience with Isaiah Lloyd. He answered all my questions Had some great suggestions and never felt pressured on the sale. He also gave me a really good deal with the help of the manager. Was able to purchase a new bedroom set 600 km away from home I'll be purchasing again in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The furniture I purchased ranges from very good to mediocre. The one star review has more to do with the customer service. I do not recommend buying from Ashely but if you want to buy this is my experience. Make sure your items are complete, in good condition and what you want - you have 48 hours to return without penalty or a fight. Do not accept incomplete deliveries, you will have to fight to return the items if you don't want to wait for the remaining items. If you accept an incomplete order it could be months before the missing items are available and you will be left with the pieces strewn all over your floor. Delivery dates came and went with no communication. Salesman and store manager initially responded to my concerns then stopped returning my calls. You will need to make multiple calls to customer service to follow up and make sure they have done what they promised. Some customer service reps are quite rude and provide canned answers with no attempt to resolve concerns. I purchased November 2021 and finally had the incomplete order picked up in January 2022 and, after several phone calls, the refund 9 days after that. It seems that others have had a very similar experience. Extremely poor way to run a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a lot of nice furniture. Pretty decent options for most pieces. We happened to go during a good sale and we're pretty happy with what we got. AJ helped us and he was great. So helpful and friendly. He explained everything so we knew what we were doing at every step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not often I give bad reviews but this one is deserved. We were looking for a new coffee table and end tables. Ashley has what seems to be a lot of nice furniture in their store and we liked what we saw. The sales man was really pushy though and followed us around the store. We saw something we liked and there was a decent sale at the time so we decided to purchase a coffee table and end tables. Even with the sale price we over paid. The end product is nothing more than designer IKEA furniture. We were told it was solid and sturdy wood construction so we assumed it was solid wood and we found out it is not solid wood when we were assembling the furniture. Our fault for not asking specifically if it was real solid wood… the finish on the end tables is starting to peel off on the corners and the finish is not amazing. We don’t have any kids so it’s not like we are hard on our furniture. The delivery was also late and we had to call to find out what was happening. The one positive was that customer service sent us a new piece for our end table because one delivered piece had holes drilled in the incorrect spot. We won’t be buying more furniture from Ashley in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people delivering the furniture were very courteous. Was kept informed of where my delivery was and it even arrived early. When the product arrived, there was minor cosmetic damage to the headboard and right away I was given a few recommendations on what I could do. From the purchasing of our furniture at Ashely's HomeStore to the delivery, everyone involved were kind, courteous and very helpful.

She was so rude, my wife and I left. Not giving commission to a person that rude.
Left and found a better couch at a better price else wear
Won’t ever be returning to this store

Explained the best options that you have in terms with selections, healthy options for your back (mattress and adjustable bed), great offers and deals in the market. They will also give you options in easy financial needs that favor your own finances.... Overall, they are really great place to get your home furniture needs. I am so pleased to the experienced I received in this North Side Ashley store. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time purchasing at Ashley Homestore and the experience was very pleasant. I was greeted the moment I walked in, but was not bombarded by sales people.
There is so much beautiful furniture and decor all over the store. I loved the layout of the store; it was easy to walk around and check everything out.
Devon helped me purchase a beautiful bedroom set and was very helpful in checking to make sure everything was in stock and explaining everything from warranty to delivery process.not once did I feel overwhelmed or feel like I was being “sold” or pushed into buying. It was a wonderful experience purchasing here and I definitely will be back!
