★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 star because the staff while not allowing me to bring my bike inside allowed and helped me lock in up in front of customer service instead of outside. If I could have taken it in to fit the bungee cords it would have been 5 star service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered vanity from home Depot online. They delivered within 2 days but left it outside in the dead of winter with no notice that they were delivering. We brought the 350lb vanity into the house to only discover it was cracked right in half. Home Depot online offered for us to keep the vanity instead of returning it for $35 off the original price!! (The top was cracked right in half and it was $1200 vanity) I asked if she was joking!? We opted to return. They said I would get a return notice in 72 hours. 2 weeks past I had to call again they didn't process the return I had to go through all the hoops again! They finally picked up the damage vanity on Feb 10/22. I had to call today March 1/22 and ask where my money is from the return as it is not in my account. They said the tracking number was non-existent.. I had to tell them when it was picked up and I will here from them again in 72 hours. This company is an absolute joke. Quick to take your money with no customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t buy your appliances here. They use third company parties and it’s very messy and unorganized. If you search Kore Logistics Calgary you will see the delivery reviews. We have different people calling everyday to orchestrate the delivery and then a different company to install water line. On top of this, the delivery keeps getting pushed back. It’s been over a month now. If you are able, choose a company that manages its own deliveries and doesn’t leave it up to you, you will receive your items way faster and you won’t be in contact with 3 different companies on the go. I deeply regret making such a big purchase through Home Depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some reason I just can’t get enough of this place… I’ll visit for one or two things and I magically end up back at the store a few hours later for some more stuff. It’s like toys r us for grown men. I’m sure I’ll be back soon for some more tools.
And the staff are always helpful so that’s a plus.

Absolutely thrilled with the friendly staff and great shopping experience that what keep me coming back again & again. Thank-you everyone at the home Depot for working so well together as a team . That's the greatest work skill and most difficult to master with all the different individuals that are having to work with other individuals and from my personal dealings with or seen by myself. Home Depot's business of public relations is displayed perfected professionalism. If home depot upper management has not thought about doing something nice for the countless dedicated personnel on the floor in side all there store 's they govern by franchise operations guidelines . Also a part that are hand in hand with a successful business. From a loyal repeat costumer for years still to come. Thank you to all the staff at Home Depot.
