Tried to locate my account for 20 mins... Keep asking questions that literally show on my driver license. Told her 3 times that my legal address but the teller doesn't seems to understand... Very bad services... I decide to take my business elsewhere. Will not return to this branch till they have more well trained staff ( or just don't go no matter what as the manager is giving us attitude too)

Went for a simple profile update to change employer name as they said on the phone to go to do do it at the branch. They refused doing it as they couldn't verify the signature on the ScotiaCard which I don't have??? I had my driver's license, mortgage statement and any information they may ask!!! Completely ridiculous waste of time and the manager at this branch is certainly not going to be challenging Einstein any time soon...

Worst customer service ever, unable to use my card for unknown reason, called service and they couldn't help me (as I answered some security questions wrong) and told me to enter a branch (all closed for weekend). Security questions that I've NEVER been asked as I never entered a branch to apply for a VISA. This has left such a sour impression, that I am closing my account ASAP and opening with another bank.

Too bad one star is the lowest I can go. Actually it is horrible so I took my time to log in and leave this review. Tried to open an account, called the number. An call center agent answered and tried to get my information and to create a profile first. I told her I don't have time to do this, just make me an appointment the rest could be taken care of later. She transferred the phone to the branch. Guess what, someone in this branch then tried to do exactly the same thing, create a new profile. Give me a break. I don't understand a banking service couldn't make things more convenient for their new customers. Instead, they tried to make it more difficult. They have to create a profile first instead just get the name and phone number, and leave the profile in the appointment time. Not to mention the office hours is from 9:30 to 4:00 (except Friday) when most people are at work. I will take my money to elsewhere and I suggest those people who feel the same to do the same!

I went to the automated teller to deposit cash into my chequing account as there are going to be a number of cheques drawn on the account. I tried depositing $60 in twenties, but the machine kept rejecting bill after bill. What a joke. In the end I was only able to deposit $45. It was better before when you just put your cash into an envelope. This is stupidity. If your fricking machine doesn't want my money, go to hell. When I run out of business cheques I'm changing banks.
