Zero knowledgeable people, they just tell you fake stuff to let start an account with them and then when you visit the bank or call their phone number you find out their personal don’t know how to answer any questions and find out all the stuff you heard on the first day is all lies. Very rude people and very ignorant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch and TD is the worst bank to ever exist by their work and their customer service they hire new people that don’t know how to do work absolutely frustrating. They made mistakes to my account and it’s been over a month they can’t fix the issue and now I’m waiting I can’t do my taxes because they issues a T4 that I have no idea about and never asked them to do. I’m definitely switching to a different bank it’s been the worst experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will sue them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this branch today April 9 to ask if I can deposit a cheque I printed off my email from employer
The teller told me they don’t accept it. Fine. But what disappointed me was somebody ther (a guy) suddenly but in and said it might be fraud. Did he mean my employer is a fraud? And the cheque is just $36.75 , I dont think a fraudster will waste their time for that amount. Now I’m thinking of just take all of my money out and investments from TD and take it somewhere. I feel so insulted. It ruined my weekend!!!!
