★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is horrible slow ! Line is horrible long. Normally I will spend at least 30 minutes for a simple question/transaction. Went there on September 2018, I wrote a cheque to myself, banking to the BANK, told that employee, I need money asap , and she told me will be locked, she locked me for 10 days to BANK IN A CHEQUE from my bank to BMO. What an amazing lady. I hate to visit BMO at Londonderry mall there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Trying to phone and make a appointment to reinvest.I finally get someone online and they said I could do it threw them but she had to transfere me. I was on hold for 50 min. and finally I hung up. Then I tried to phone again still no human that I could talk too. I phoned at 10:00am this
morning thinking someone would answer nope but I was able to leave a message. When they called me back they told me I already had a appointment for friday but didn't say what time. Can you believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depending on who's the teller and if the manager is watching will depend on your service. This location I have had more bad then good experiences, but I would not say BMO is a bad bank. Just the staff there needs more training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with BMO for more than 10 years. The receptionists are very kind and every time I go to the bank, I’m treated with respect. Rima is an Arabic receptionist that has helped me with translations and ensured I understood the process. A mutual funds representative named Angela also helped me save time while maintaining efficiency. Overall, this bank is very reliable and trustworthy.
