★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing services! I could barely move or walk today as my back muscles were so tight. I went in for acupuncture and cupping and feel absolutely amazing tonight! The muscle spasm is gone and I can move and walk normally again! I definitely recommend their services!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are great and friendly. Clean office and work areas. The owner accommodated me when there was a schedule mix up (person no longer there). I had the groupon for a facial, so I got that and reflexology. Both Lacy and Angela were great!!! Thank you again North Edmonton Wellness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 60-minute massage as a gift for my sister through Groupon, but as she arrived for her appointment 15 minutes late because of bad traffic, her masseuse (Michael) was leaving. Instead of giving her a massage for the remainder of the time the receptionist was dismissive and rude. Michael rudely yelled "I'm not taking her in now, just make another appointment for another day", as he put on his shoes and quickly left as if he had something else to do when he had this time scheduled out to do a massage. At the end the receptionist dismissed my sister telling her that she could use the Groupon for its cash value another day, but no longer for the promotional massage it was bought for.
I've bought many goods and services through Groupon, including a few massage sessions from other places, and I've never had any issues like this before. Usually the staff is very patient and accommodating, but not North Edmonton Wellness Centre. It is especially frustrating because this was a gift for someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a massage booked for today and my therapist didn't show up. This was a birthday gift to me and I was very disappointed. It was a 90 minute massage from livingsocial. And today was my birthday.They said they called him, but he didn't reply. I feel they could have tried harder to locate him. They offered me a 60 minute massage if he showed up as my daughter was receiving her 90 minute massage and we would be done same time. But no show. Waited 45 minutes and gave up waiting. They also offered me to rebook, that's not happening as I live outside of feeling is disappointed. My daughter's massage was good apparently.
Edmonton. Feeling is disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lacey (Amina) is exceptionally gifted. She has golden hands and is blessed with healing powers in them. I have had 2 of hijama/wet cupping sessions with her thus far and I will recommend her to anyone as I have tried several other practitioners across two provinces. I am so glad that I have found her and I will continue to visit her often. She is very gentle and ensures your are comfortable at all times. 5 ⭐️
