I do not recommend. Ordered a chicken ranch asiago sandwich and they were out of spicy patties so they replaced it with a very overcooked, grilled, not crispy, patty. Also my fries were heavily over salted and mooshy.

Came to this Wendy's since it was on the way home. Ordered 2 meals and the person who packed the order put 2 burgers and 1 fries in a bag but the fries were sideways so they basically all fell out the container. When I looked inside at first there were only 1 set of fries when there should be 2, I told the worker and they responded with attitude.. The food was room temp when I got home, do NOT go to this Wendy's if you want good service and hot food. Might as well go somewhere else in the area

Literally cannot get an order right for the life of them. I once went through the drive through asking for a plain burger, I got a burger without a top bun. I went and told them, waited 15min for a single sandwich while my other food got cold, and they gave me a drenched burger as a replacement to a plain burger. Amazing

I wish I could say I was given the chance to leave a one star review based on the terrible food as the rest of the reviews here - but I can not. I can only base my review on the small interaction we had with an employee- who locked eyes with us with a cold stare as she locked the doors on us; 5 minutes before close. We were planning on taking our food to go, and there would have had no issue if we had been told that the dining room was closed - but we were not even given the decency. I can only assume the food is as awful and as crusty as the people. Save your self the time and probable food poisoning and head to the McDonald's one street down.

We’ve gone here 4+ times through drive through and have used the coupons. Drive through only due to covid. Every time, we would verbally mention the coupon into the speaker, hand the coupon over to the person at the window and they would never discount our food. We’d only find out later checking our cards realizing we were charged the full amount. No, the coupons were never expired. To top it off, the machine never shows the amount and they never asked us if we wanted a receipt or not. They never mentioned they didn’t accept coupons or anything either since they’ve accepted inside before. We thought the first few times were just an accident, but don’t think that’s the case anymore… The food is fine, but being shady about the coupons isn’t. Needless to say, won’t be going to this one again

Salads aren't made to order, and even made in the morning, beware you'll get soggy salad that isn't fresh. Even when asked prior to ordering, it was a lie. See picture of what I picked out what I saw on top part of the container prior to eating. I've had freshly premade salads that was made in the morning from other fast food chains, this is definitely not freshly made in the morning or it wasn't stored properly, which could cause contamination. In addition, when I asked to upgrade my salad to the full size at the window, they refused to do it. They are just too lazy to put the salad into a larger container to add and make it into the full size. They can't even do this, what could you expect from quality of food and services. Customer service really speaks for itself. Don't expect anything good inside the kitchen and out. They need better management. Update: After finishing my salad, at least 1/4 of my vegetables needs to be thrown out. Will never come back to this location again.

Just went to this Wendy’s to make a purchase, paid by debit, the transaction went through and immediately posted to my bank account. Unfortunately they told me it was declined, their machine said it did not go through and they couldn’t help me. Luckily there is a TD Bank right beside Wendy’s so I immediately ran over to TD and they verified my Wendy’s purchase did go through and gave me a stamped statement of my account and sent me back to Wendy’s. I returned to Wendy’s and showed them proof of transaction provided and stamped by the bank and the contact number of the TD Bank manager for verification yet they STILL told me they WOULD NOT help me and that it did not go through. I asked them to call the merchant support line on their terminal for merchant support but they wouldn’t do so and kept insisting they were not paid. Finally with great reluctance and 17 minutes later they tossed a burger at me. I then had to asked for the ridiculous expensive drink I had also paid and not received …. I proceeded to receive an eye roll and then watched as he made coffee and chatted with staff before finally providing me with my drink. Now I understand that maybe there was an issue with their machine but all they needed to do was make a simple call the merchant support and tell them they had bank verification that the transaction posted to my account and have this fixed ( also so it doesn’t happen to other customers ) but they wouldn’t. Instead they choose to make me feel I had wronged them and was an inconvenience to them. Not once was I apologized to or dealt with in a professional manner. Awful experience all around, our family ( teenage boys ) frequently visited this location, after today we will never return. I was made to feel awful and like I was a criminal over a $2 burger and drink … great customer service Raj ( shift supervisor ) and team. Raj did not have a name tag on but indicated he was the shift supervisor though he couldn’t verify that.

Omg, we just stopped in tonight for some food. The young man at the till was awesome. He was super friendly, very outgoing funny and welcoming. Best fast food cashier ever. It's a new location, very clean, service was amazing food super yummy. Will definitely be going back
