β β β β β Not impressed order to Big crunches I believe start eating notices no lettuce on them drive all the way back just for them to tell me that there is an E coli problem so they will not put lettuce ask for refund refuse to give me refund. The bread is soggy from all the sauce absolutely disgusting. No signs about not serving lettuce or the person did not tell me

β β β β β The cleanest KFC I have been too! Way to go! I think you can eat off the bathroom floors...it was soooooo clean! Staff ...friendly too! I will come back to this location more often.

β β β β β Ordered delivery at 7, they told me it would be about 30 minutes. At 8:30 it arrived. They sent cold, soggy food. When I spoke with the manager he hung up on me the first time. Would not do anything to reprimand the situation, other than offer me a discount off my next order (as if I would order from them again after this). I've never received service poor enough to leave a review before.

$10 special popcorn chicken with chicken tenders
I didn't like the popcorn chicken, doesn't taste fresh
the chicken tenders were good because they told me they have to cook it fresh
Why they didn't do the same for the popcorn chicken?
Plus I have asked for hot sauce condiment thinking they're offering me a dipping sauce which was honey mustard but totally had forgotten the hot sauce condiment!!!
I'm disappointed

β β β β β My son and I were craving KFC and during my lunch break we thought we'd run over to this location. We arrived at 1145am and it is now 1216pm.
Words can't describe how slow this location is!! A sloth is faster if you get my analogy.
I don't know how the food is yet but it better be dam GOOD!
1218pm and I moved up and am now 2nd in line.
1221pm at the window waiting for my food
1225pm received my food!!!
I am at work now at my desk eating my food as waiting for it took up my whole lunch time ? 1240pm
The BIG crunch was ok, cold but at least crunchy.
Hmmmm...maybe I'll try a different location.

β β β β β I prefer the delivery over pick up this like all places you end up waiting for your order. And that's no good for any body . But back to the food it's meal I had in my life over and over again . The big guy there got his biz down to the letter . Thank you kfc

β β β β β The KFC on 167 & 127 st is the worst you can ever go to, I was the only one in the drive thru last night around 8:03 pm I got there he told me it will take six minutes, I sat in my car at the window until 8:33pm, he then said the window was broken I should go to the front, I did and waited another ten minutes and no one came with my food, so I decided to go inside to get my food, the guy told he want to give me chicken tenders instead of chicken thighs or legs that I ordered at 8:03pm I said no that not what I ordered, he said the chicken got burnt out, so I should wait for another one it will take another 15 minutes, my kids wanted so we waited and we finally got our food at 9:07 pm. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I donβt think they know what they are doing there. Too many errors in orders and the delay is the worst I have ever seen.

β β β β β Ran out of chicken one hour before closing and asked to wait 15 minutes. That was 20 minutes ago. Several people in the restaurant waiting. The parking lot has 5 or 6 cars presumably waiting for their food. I understand keeping hot food supply low to ensure freshness and cut waste but there were a lot of angry customers tonight. I made an error coming here and I wonβt repeat it.
