★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight I completed an online order and inadvertently chose the wrong store. The wonderful person working cash at this location was so understanding, fixed the issue immediately and even calmed me down (I felt terrible) Outstanding customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they changed the crust and the breadsticks! Nothing is the same. Very cheap on the pizza sauce and cheese the crust is flavourless.
Need to get back to what made Pizza Hut what is was. Little Caesar’s give you a run for low quality flavourless food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ordering from this location and it's been at least 3 years since I've purchased a pizza hut product. Ordering online was easy, I picked up and paid in-store. Paying, no option for not tipping. Food, pizza was good I enjoyed the texture of the crust, doughy and fluffy. The missed my marinara sauce that was to come with my breadsticks. The boneless wings were disappointing. Came in tinfoil and the sauce was poured on the middle. They did not toss the bites in the sauce which made them seem dry. If you wanted me to dip them then give me a container of dip, pouring it on as an afterthought isn't right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The crust is greasy again, not like it was when they first came to Canada. They fixed this when it was in the old location with the lunch buffet. Too much crust edge as pizza sauce and toppings don't go our far enough to the crust. Not sure if it's just this location. But seems to be a common issue in the reviews. Also, the online ordinerg is brutal in terms of toppings. They need to update it in case you only want a certain topping on the left side or right side only. Only option is to remove it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently the most disappointing Pizza Hut location we’ve ordered from for the past 4 years and running. Crust is always what you would expect but never enough cheese to even cover the sauce AND when you order extra cheese it’s too much and you get a soggy slice. Sauce is usual heavy and with the lack of cheese the ratio is so off. Plus your order is only accurate if you pick up and check yourself or do skip. Incorrect pizza orders when you order their delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used online order option to place an order. User interface was easy to use. Order was ready for pickup on time. It was extremely busy at the outlet. Had to wait for my turn for sometime. Management should place additional staff members when it get busy especially on weekends. Pizzas were good as always.
