Best Pizza restaurant in Canada

A	Arthur Maitwe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience. Hadn't been to any location in about 5 years. But was good to go to this one. The bar area is kept separate at this location. The menu offered pizza, pasta, burgers/sandwiches and all sorts of starters. So one can get all kinds of food and not just limited to pizza. The background music sounded like a top 40 radio station, but wasn't too loud. Otherwise, great service and great food.
J	Jordan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bar was not that busy, for an oilers game there should be more staff. Took 30 minutes to an hour to get served beer and food, we asked for our bills and waited 39 minutes to get it. Service is extremely slow here

Took a lot of time to come and take our orders, usually they got us a wipes especially with the wings but not today other than that it was a good experience but last time was much better.

The food is never cooked properly. Our waitress Brittinee (however you spell her name) was awful and not welcoming at all. Took forever to get our drinks. Definitely will not go back to this location. If you want a nicer more fun location go to the one down the road at Northgate.

Half way through my sandwich I noticed the chicken was chewy and and tasted undone. I’m pregnant and worried about infection. I told the server politely. Instead of listening to me or try to fix the issue she stated right away let me get my manager as if I was trying to cause trouble. The manager come over and told me their chicken are precooked and only deep fried in store so there’s no way it’s uncooked. I’m sure the server could had told me this instead of calling the manager. My daughters were with me and didn’t want to make a fuss so I let it slide. I didn’t finish my sandwich. The server was cold and condescending from start. I ordered a drink for my daughter and she told me it’s not included with the meal as if I don’t have money to pay if it’s not included. She also asked me to pay while we were eating dessert. I told her to wait until And I will pay when I’m done. Poor customer service. If I told you I’m not happy with my food, at least do something about it. I will not eat here again
M	Michelle Cantin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order delivery a few times a month and they are generally good. These last few times haven't been so great. Yesterday was the tipping point. The bun for the burger was soggy. The lettuce and tomatoes for the burger were nowhere to be found. The dip container for the onion rings had exploded all over the onion rings and burger. My partners sweet potatoe fries usually come with a dip on the side... This is what he got instead (see image). $70 for a meal for 2 and can't even eat half of it. A year or so ago, Boston Pizza said they would send us some sort of coupon because they had forgotten the lettuce and tomatoe for the burger. Never got the coupon.
