I've been able to find just what I need for my suit for grad. Prices are reasonable, if not a little on the high side, but for what it is, it's good enough.

I have to say that I’m writing this review more so for the outstanding customer service I received from a certain individual. Mayette was helping us find some ties for our 6 groomsmen and she on top of her game. She made sure to contact us when there was a promo, she set aside the exact ties I have mentioned that I wanted and went out of her way to order enough since there was only 2 in store. She made the entire experience stress free and honestly just over and above the usual customer service. Thank you Mayette for your help !

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My fiancé got (or tried to get) a decent custom-made suit for our wedding. When the suit came in the first time, it looked absolutely terrible. The measurements were all wrong. His shoulders were crooked, the suit jacket was a bit short, there was so much extra material in the armpits and legs and the suit looked baggy. It looked like they took a huge suit and tried to tailor it to an average size, which was executed extremely poorly. My fiancé sent it back because of how absolutely awful it looked, and when it came back in, we still noticed the same issues. Crooked shoulders and baggy material. My fiancé went into get his money back, right at opening at 11am, as he was really not happy with how it looked and he obviously wants to look good and enjoy the suit he wears on our wedding. All of the staff at the store, except David, made this entire experience 10 times worse. Crystal, the woman “assisting” my fiancé and who is also apparently the manager, kept him waiting for nearly 2 hours. She said she was “busy with other appointments” and that he’d need to wait. This actually involved her running around the store and bothering other customers to avoid being confronted by my fiancé. When she finally had to deal with him, he voiced his complaints and she continuously gaslit him by suggesting that this is how the suit is supposed to look and that there’s nothing wrong with it. For example, by pushing on his shoulders and saying that his shoulders were crooked and that was why one was higher than the other (???). He stood his ground and finally, over 3 hours later, was able to get the refund process started. Poor management, poor customer service, and poor excuses for bad product. If you’re looking to get a custom-suit, run away from here and go literally anywhere else, or buy a sowing machine and do it yourself. It’ll be less of a hassle and will probably look better than having one of the three blind mice make your suit.

Today I went in to get measured for my very first tailored suit for my up coming wedding closer to the end of the year. The staff member that assisted me knew her stuff, realised it was my first time going through the process and explained step by step what the measurements are for, how the would compliment my bulky figure and showed me many samples from free of charge options for altercations, to the top end of italian designers styles. I went in knowing nothing but left with measurments for future suits, shirts, pants etc.. and almost everything I needed for my custom suit for my wedding aside from a fabric color my wife requires for my vest that they will match if possible due to the rare color. I was overjoyed when I left. All staff members that assisted knew their stuff and I cant wait to go back again. Suck a professional buisness and very reasonably priced for any of your special event dress attire needs

We made an appointment to get my fiancé sized and everything for our wedding. It took 30 minutes for our girl to help us because she was helping someone else but there was no one else in the store and the girl was just socializing in the store. By the time we got everything all sorted out, we created a group number so our groomsmen can provide that and get matched. She put all the wrong numbers in and no details about the custom shirts and now the guys are getting the wrong shirts and vests. Not happy with our experience

Had a fantastic experience today. David, was amazing and so helpful. Very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. Even went out of his way to find us a tailor as it was a last minute purchase for a funeral. Great guy. Thanks David.

Amazing prices for suits, especially the ones on clearance. The staff were very helpful and helped me with choosing matching shirts and ties. Iryna was amazing and stayed with me the whole time on my both visits. I would definitely come back. Belts and shoes are a bit overpriced.

A BIG thank you to Irena. She went over the to to help me pick out a new suite. I went to buy one suite and walked out with a new suite, sport coat and two new shirts. Irena wouldn’t stop till my new suite fit perfect. She made me feel extra special and I feeI that met a new friend. Double gold star for her.
