★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a nose piercing for 20$ I believe, he used a gun and it didn’t have a backing, which got infected so I went back and they offered to do it for free and I accepted. When he attempted a second time he got way lower than supposed to be now I am left with two wholes on my nose that ended up infected and no nose piercing. Wish they cared more about the customers who trrusted them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with a photo and came out with half my hair chopped off. The guy did what he wanted despite what I told him making me feel like a mannequin doll. They take on more customers than they can handle which is extremely sleazy. Lousy service and unprofessional stylists. Would not recommend this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was lectured about Islam and the Quran and told.that my beliefs are wrong while having my bangs done, and was not satisfied with the cut either. Seems they only care about client turnober, not so much quality and customer satisfaction, as mentioned what i didnt like and was told it was fine. Years ago, i was vwry happy with this salon. Not anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this place, at least not the stylist. The color and cut were horrible and left my hair completely fried and was not even ombré as asked. When brushing out my hair after backcombing they were not gentle by any means. When I mentioned this he simply said “no pain no beauty”. I didn’t even go back for correction as I feared what they would do to my hair. From now on, I will pay the extra to get my hair done right the first time. To be honest I was hesitant giving one star but had to give something

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, I got my hair done in less than 4 hours. The walk-ins are great and the atmosphere is well taken care of. I have gotten my ears pierced here a few years ago, wax, and hair cuts and high lights. Amazing salon 100% recommend
