Purchased some t-shirts here, couldn't try them on beforehand as the change rooms were closed due to COVID. They were too small, so I tried to exchange them for the next size up, but was told they had signs of wear, presumably from the one time I tried them on? Pretty disappointed, be careful what you buy, if you try it on they might not let you return it. I do like the clothes I have purchased that do fit though!

Nice clothings with reasonable prices but no much option or brand to choose from. Helpful staff though.....

Store is clean. Racks are not overstuffed to the point of not being able to even look. Staff doesn't hound you, but are friendly and helpful if asked. Always have som kid of sale on too.

I bought a product from here and because it is COVID I had to try it on at home. It ended up being too big and the next day I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size, they did not have a smaller size and offered me no other solutions. Finally a very kind women told me she could give the display item but only if I came back the next day. So I came back the next day and they said I had and that there was nothing on hold for me, even though I watched the girl the previous day write my details for the hold. They said to come back the next day instead and maybe they could help me. They were very rude and offered no apologies or alternative roots. no fun.

I love shopping at the store and the people r nice but customer service was terrible on my last experience. I bought a shirt not worn and they left the security tag on it I understand how this can be a simple mistake and it’s an easy mistake as it happens but I live 45 minutes away from the store so I was really unsure why I hadn’t beeped going out the door when I had bought the shirt. I tried getting it off myself but couldn’t as it was a color tag which would have died my shirt. I called to ask what I could do to get it off and just to get a solution but no one answered yet the phone had said someone would answer. They then proceeded to tell me to leave a message so I did as anyone would and no one had ever gotten back to me after I called two weeks ago. At this point I was absolutely annoyed and so far my mother has gotten the tag off by driving 45 minutes to get it off but I will be returning the shirt as they did not let her return it. I love the store but I recommend better customer service especially for incidents like this.

Bought a T-shirt there that had a stitching error on it that made it unwearable. When I tried returning it just a few days later with the receipt, the manager there told me I couldn't return it without the tag to accompany it (something not written on their receipts). To add insult to injury, they looked at the tiniest spec of dust on the shirt and told me it showed signs of wear. Absolutely garbage customer service and product! No apologies, only insult.

H&M Kingsway Mall: Good customer service and a clean store. Well spaced out and good social distancing for Covid-19. They have varieties and affordable apparel. Nice place to shop.

I bought two dresses yesterday one was regular price which I was aware of then I get charged $30 for a dress in the $5.99 section.The line was also slow I waited 15 minutes to buy the two dresses realized I was overcharged after then waited another 10 minutes in line. They showed me the small print saying select styles which is very sneaky.When people see a huge $5.99 price rack they assume that is the price for everything on the rack.It should say $30 or less something like that.The guy was also saying that maybe a staff member accidentally put those leopard print dresses on the rack by an accident.I don’t think so there were at least 5 of them. The dressing room staff were great getting me smaller sizes when asked because the dresses I had were too big.They should of honoured the $5.99 price as advertised.I didn’t appreciate all that time waiting in line.
