★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well first off i’d like to say that anytime I go into this store & only at the Kingsway Location I feel out of place, the girls who are working look at me and then walk away just because I’m larger girl but also cause i don’t wealthy and they don’t wanna help me. Anytime i go here they just stare at me, don’t help me at all, but if someone who looks “important” comes in after me they run up to them and makes sure they feel welcome, I also believe the girls who work here only help the people who are Asian etc. So I will no longer shop here and I’ll take my business to a more welcoming Aritza Store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls in store are nice enough but I swear that they NEVER pick up the phone. Tried calling to resolve an order issue but they must just let it ring and got tired of it then just unplugged their phone because the 2nd time I tried calling the phone goes straight to the phone message and not even ring! I've never had problems though with an order before and looks like they dont want to help me at all so lesson learned, we both don't like each other I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pleasant experience yesterday morning! The girl that helped me was so lovely. She was helpful and kind, I wish I had remembered her name, but she was short, petite, dark hair, had glasses, and wore oversized style clothing.
Generally, at some of the other locations I am completely turned off from shopping at aritzia with the bad attitude of many of their employees.
More often than not, they are snobbish and self important.
However, my experience at Kingsway was by far the best experience I've had shopping at aritzia. I found almost all employees very helpful and pleasant.
I will make this location my go-to if possible.
I'm also very happy with my purchases.
Fyi for those that feel massive at aritzia, it's quite common, and the very small girl that helped my told me she often wears a size 10, so.. don't feel bad, I often have to size up from a 6-8 to a 10-12 at aritzia!
