Purchassed a ring and was told the resize would take 2 weeks (from a size 7 to size 6 1/2) i went in on day 15 after purchassing the ring to ask about an update and was told that the resize takes 14 buisness days. The lady i purchased this from never mentioned buisness days. I inititially wanted to get it resized somewhere else when i was told 2 weeks but she assurred me it would be within 2 weeks possibly sooner. Was treated like an idiot in the store and will take my buisness elsewhere next time.

Super friendly. Always a positive experience here. I used to go to the west ed mall location but they lost my business due to poor customer service. These guys are worth the extra drive to Kingsway.

Called the store an hour ago trying to get my engagement ring and our wedding ring resize and the Store Manager named Josh told me that He cant help me if I dont have my paperworks with me, even though my husband bought protection plan for the rings And that He cant pull out our records for it. Guess what, I went to Londonderry Mall Branch and the Store Manager named Joel and Sales Professional named Rodica was able to help me and my husband with everything we need from resizing our rings, getting another copy of certificate of authenticity, and even extend their hands to give us a new bag as a replacement because we lost our paper works together with the bag from when we moved to our new place. If I can only give 0 star on this review I would!. We did not spend thousands of dollars to this store to be treated like this! No wonder the review of this store is only at 3.9 because clearly the Store Manager at this Kingsway Mall Branch does not know how to take care of their Customers. God Bless you Josh, Stay Safe and Healthy.

The lady that helped me was the nicest ever. The business card says her name is Silencio. She was very sweet and made the experience enjoyable. The have a lot of reasonably priced jewelry for such a high end store.

Bought this one from kingsway Michael hill after 1day Brock and I went to store they change after two month broke again they told me to pay $50 for repairs. I won’t come back to this store again

Every experience I’ve had with this location has been terrible. From being told different things by different employees on multiple occasions to be being told the work done was to be paid for when the work was to be covered by warranty. The most recent experience was the worst and was extremely disappointing because the store manager was involved and he was less than helpful and has no customer service skills. Amanda, the assistant store manager, is the only employee at the store that has a sense of true customer service. Even with the assistant managers assistance with the most recent matter it was not enough to make me want to go back again. I have learnt my lesson after this experience and will never be returning to this location.

I am currently awaiting an order from this company which I paid extra for and it still has not been even processed! Apparently now it’s 2-6 days processing and then 2-3 days for delivery…I should’ve gone to the store. They don’t offer refunds. I won’t be returning to this company ever. If I pay extra I want my purchase to be prompt or don’t offer it! Sorry Michael hill, you need a better system because 2-3 days delivery that takes 2-3 weeks doesnt computer with me. Edit: received necklace and was allowed to exchange in store for no extra cost and sales staff was helpful!
