★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service and really mean staff. They sent my necklace to repair over 4 times, every time it was coming back even more damaged and it was still breaking as soon as I was putting it on. I asked for a refund of the repair and one of the lady told me that I was the reason why it was still breaking so she could not do anything for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lilibeth has the worst customer service I ever experienced. When she couldn't find my rings, she started being rude saying I am providing the wrong name or number or wrong order receipt But the rings literally sitting in their drawer!
Then we need to make the size change on 3 orders and she is not helping and not giving the updated receipt.
And literally let us waiting in the store for about an hour but doing nothing! Super awful!!!
They are super unrespectful to us.

I wanted to get my husband’s previous band sized to my size (with his blessing of course). They sized the ring and buffered it so it looks brand new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff told me necklace was easily resizable when they sold it to me, just bring it back and the receipt. When I brought it back to be resized, the story changed, I would need to buy a new chain and the old one would be refunded for a small fraction of the price. The net result? 63% more expensive than original purchase. See receipt images. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
