★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BOUGHT A BLACK LEATHER BRACELET 1 YEAR AGO. BAND , LESTHER STRAP WORE OUT. WENT TO REPLACE IT. PANDORA JEWELERS REFUSED BECAUSE MY WARRANTY WAS 2 DAYS EXPIRED !!!
SO I HAD TO THROW THE LEATHER BRACELET OUT BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T WEAR IT. VERY VERY
SAD AND DISAPPOINTED. THE PAPER SAID MADE IN CHINA. SO THE LEATHER BRACELET WASN'T THAT EXPENSIVE , BUT YOU PAID FOR THE PANDORA CLASP AND NAME 79.00 DOLLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTED
WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY
PANDORA JEWELRY AGAIN. FOR A COMPANY WITH SUCH A BIG NAME , SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. HAVE A VERY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received this as a gift from my coworkers and only used it a handful of times. I’ve always kept it in my jewellery box inside the pouch it came with. 11/03/19,came in the store and one of the managers/supervisors claimed that I’ve exposed it to some harsh chemicals? She didn’t even try to clean it or something? Worst customer service ever! I will not recommend this place to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude employees, was with my kid in the store to look at jewelry for my wife and employee there was rude and did not want us to be there because my kid was running around in the store. Advise not to buy on this location. Will rather spend money with good customer service and atleast be understandable to customer with kids in the store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl called Jennie is rude. My mom went there after she went a week ago and asked for help because her bracelet kept breaking and so everything falls apart. My mom just asked, not complain. Jennie kept saying things like "no warranty!" and the manager was rude too (that's what my mom told me, I don't remember everything but the workers kept being rude and said no warranties or something). So my mom just returned all the charms and went to WEM's Pandora which was better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Kingsway store to get a charm exchanged that I received for Christmas. They pointed out that I only had till end of January. There was nothing they could do. Spoke to the store manager, Samaria, she said "It's my job to care". They were very rude there. I will not shop there again.
