★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't end up buying glasses here but I appreciated they have all their stuff unlocked. I was able to try several colors and styles on my own. Big variety of glasses to look at. Staff is there to offer help but don't hover over you. Prices seemed average, everything was basically MSRP. This was an actual store and not just the kiosk style Sunglass Hut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied and frankly very upset. I have always had such a great experience here, but every time, I come into the store when Daniel is working, I get awful customer service, and he is a very rude person. He does not give me enough space to look around, and always tries to get me to buy the most expensive sunglasses. I love sunglasses and collect them as a hobby, but I feel like my privacy has been invaded, and I do not want to spend $650 on one pair. If someone to get him to fix his attitude, that would be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Went to get a minor service for my glasses. They refused to do it even though I bought the glasses at a Sunglass Hut in Dubai. I went to Lenscrafters and they offered to do the service for free. Wouldnt recommend Sunglass Hut in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon entering the store I was greeted by Francis, he was super friendly and welcoming. I gave him a few difficult requests and he was very eager to find me the right glasses. I spent a considerable amount of time looking and he reassured me that it was no rush and he did not mind helping me for as long as it may take, making me feel I was a valued customer. He showed me many glasses of all styles, price ranges and brands. He was hilarious and made great conversation. After finding the glasses I wanted, he still kept up with awesome customer service! He put an order for my glasses to be shipped to my door (I wanted an unopened box and they only had the floor display left). It is free shipping so that’s awesome. He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase before leaving. He was very thorough with sanitizing everything before giving it to me and after I touched it. I would strongly recommend this store for the sole experience I had. Give that man a raise. People like him will continually draw great reviews and strong recommendations to friends and family.
