Apparently the glasses were made from titanium and supposedly to be 'indestructible'. Out of normal wear usage (always taken off before sleeping, regular cleaned with lens wipes) the frames begin to loosen and somehow got bent, maybe close to a year of usage. Took them to store at Kingsway mall, where staff were very obtuse to situation. Where glasses were claimed to be virtually unbreakable due to type of construction, staff did not want nothing to do with wife nor wanted to help so they would sit on her face properly so she could see with out headaches.. WILL NOT be buying from here again. WILL NOT recommend Bonlook unless you want to waste your money and time.

I was not offered help in picking out my glasses, and when I asked the sales person for their opinion I got an eye roll and “I don’t know”. Once deciding on a pair and ordering, the sales person did not confirm any of my information. A week after I ordered, I checked my receipt and realized that the wrong prescription was on the invoice. I called Bonlook support and received excellent customer service and they promptly corrected the mistake and said the sales person had attached someone else’s prescription to my order (which is odd since I was the only customer in the store at the time of order). Two weeks later I finally picked up my new pair of glasses and wore them for 5 days. I noticed the prescription was still clearly wrong. The optician was helpful when I returned to the store and deeply apologized. But unfortunately I am still waiting for my glasses I originally ordered December 3rd.

She helped me pick out my glasses - she gave me her opinion on what she thought looked good on me and explained why she thought that. She was very kind and easy to talk with.
