★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come here with clients that I serve for yrs and I can tell customer service has gone down, there is one receptionist, long blond hair that is snapy, and iv seem her get rude with customers, and complain with co workers, seems to have a negative attitude. Also every time I come we end up sitting and waiting to see a doctor for up to 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and concise staff. The doctor also made a conscious effort to thoroughly explain the details discovered during the exam in a way which was easy to understand. Would recommend others to come here as well, no complaints here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client of this clinic since 2008 and I am horrified by the treatment I received today. Some new staff members here behave extreme unprofessionally. I came in for a check-up which I waited for for a week. When I got there and stepped to the desk and asked about my appointment, the front desk ladies began discussing me while pointing. I thought it was strange they weren't speaking directly to me but I pushed the thought away. After I was told the total amount, I was asked if I could afford it? After explaining how long I have been coming here and have always paid, another lady rudely and loudly inserted herself saying that they always asked the question. I have been here many times over the years and never experienced this question/treatment. I have also referred around 15 of my friends and acquaintances. Their treatment is despicable and I highly suggest Dr. Patel look into his employees. You have lost me and I do not plan to return but I hope for the sake of your other clients that something changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. Took my elderly mother to this place and was met with very lousy service. They could not deal with her being in a wheelchair so some tests could not be done. Optometrist was rude to her when she said she could not see the eye chart because her wheelchair was too low. She was there to get a referral to an ophthalmologist and to get an eye exam but all they did was give her the referral and did not do the eye exam. Receptionist told her we didn't ask for the exam (we did several times) and then told us we could wait another 30 minutes to get it done. The attitude of the receptionist made it so my mother did not trust them any longer and so she decided to leave and never return. Would not go back here for any reason. They would also only refer her to their chosen ophthalmologist as I assume they get something in return. Such terrible treatment of an elderly person with a disability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff, been coming here for years. I was short $20 from total fee and wouldn't give me 3 days courtesy to pay off. Only go to PATEL if you have a reason. Otherwise avoid at all costs, overpriced and inferior service. Treat their customers akin to the trust level of a pawn shop. Never again, I'll drop $650 at a better optometrist shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Patel is my absolute favourite doctor and I would recommend him to absolutely everyone! I have what seems to be a complex prescription for most optometrists to work with and Dr. Patel is the only one who has ever listened to me and taken the time to figure out what the issues are. When I first went to him in 2012, he had said he had a feeling that my prescription was going to change my life and he was absolutely right! (for context - previous optometrists told me I would never be able to wear contacts). I am SO thankful for his work! He is kind, thorough and humble - qualities very hard to find in doctors these days. I hope he never changes!
