★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The glasses were fixed..ok, but nontheless, not great at all. The one man tech guy was a piece of work.
He didn't give us a call from our drop-off request (ad per their written guide, they were supposed to call me). I had to call to find out if he ever received.
The paymet-wise, "we only take cash or cheque", he grumpily spit at the shop. Could've been better if he told me on the phone. Luckly, I had just enough cash with me.
What a service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke the bridge on my glasses and sent the pieces to Laserfix. They repaired the frame, cleaned the lens' and returned them to me within a week. It is excellent when you receive exactly what is promised at a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nose pad and arm were broken off of my glasses and Laserfix reattached/welded it with no discolouration with 24 hrs. There is ok parking in behind the building. Not overly priced for the cleanliness of their work.
Will likely be back if I don't buy stronger glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mailed my titanium framed glasses from Pickering Ontario for repair of a broken bridge, returned within 13 days with almost invisible laser weld and also new nose pads. I could have sent them to a repair centre in Toronto but for $99. Very satisfied with the speed and cost at Laserfix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent my glasses in at least twice over 6 years, using Canada Post and a return label. They have been repaired very, very nicely each time. Excellent work. Good service. Cheap? No idea, never went anywhere else, and do not need to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited a number of eyewear locations in the city looking for someone to repair my very expensive eyeglasses after I stepped on them and broke the arm. Nobody could help me because the replacement arm was no longer available from the manufacturer. I visted Laserfix and they fixed them like new for 60 dollars. I would definitely recommend this to others. The lady there was very nice and did an excellent repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I wasn't able to personally be there to experience what their customer service was like (my dad was the one who went in), judging by their work on my glasses, they did pretty damn well. They were able to reattach the lens (the lens still had a metal frame around it) back to the main frame with welding (my frame is made of titanium), and this weld is pretty solid. My glasses came back to me with the lens cleaned, and I don't know if it was them, but for some reason my glasses felt more tighter than before which was actually great because it was loose prior to this.
