I called to double check the exchange rates and he confirmed me on the phone. when I arrived at his shop 10 minutes later, he changed the rates by huge margin and wanted only cash which is fishy. He was very rude about that too and said he is the boss and he will do what he wants. Zero respect for customer service whatsoever. I do not recommend this. Please do not waste your time.
