β β β β β The staff are very personable. The service was really great there. The gentleman that helped me was friendly & remembered who I was.
Like everything there are pros and cons. For the cons, they did not tell me that my glasses would take almost 3 1/2 weeks to be delivered. Which I think was on purpose. Bc if they had said to me it would take that long for shipping. I would have not ordered the glasses. Which I'm sure most customers would have went elsewhere with quicker service. Also, there are no returns or exchanges. Which is terrible. Bc this was my first time with progressive lenses and I've found after receiving my glasses that they weren't comfortable to wear. So $450 later I have frames that I'm not happy with. Had they mentioned no returns or exchanges, again I would have went elsewhere. Buyer beware of these stipulations before purchasing. It's somewhat similar to purchasing a lemon from a car dealership. You think you're having great service bc they are friendly and you find out they have sold you a lemon & you've realized only afterwards that you have been hustled lol

β β β β β Dr. Moe Tarabey properly addressed the diagnosis for my special needs daughter after years of her struggling with eyesight issues and headaches. He was able to fit her with specialty lenses to help correct her vision. Both Jim and himself took the extra time needed to make sure she was properly educated in the use and care of the contacts. Every person in this clinic is very friendly and professional. We are very grateful for the improved quality of life my daughter is now experiencing. I highly recommend Thompson Optics.

β β β β β My first experience here was excellent. I needed an emergency eye appointment . They squeezed me in on the same day.
The doctor was very thorough and explained my concerns very clearly. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I did purchase a pair of fashionable safety glasses as well. I am very happy with them! I would definitely recommend Thompson Optics to my family and friends.

After being a long time client of another optician(30 yrs), I found that I needed to start the search for a new place. Having done a great deal of research, I decided to give Thompson Optics a try.
Dr Moe exceeded my expectations. He performed a thorough exam and provided me with new and improved contact lenses!!
For my new frame selection, Andrey did an impeccable job helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. I was so impressed that I returned in the summer and purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses. I totally enjoying wearing them and have received a great deal of compliments.
If you are as selective as me when I comes to eye exams and glasses, you will be pleased with the care and attention you receive at Thompson Optics!
