D	David Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Built my first pc and decided too many wires for me. Brought it in to these guys had it wired in a hour plus i didnt have the proccessor in correctly fixed the problem all for 75$. Everywhere else 150+ . Definitely spending my money here from now on

If you need to buy any type of PC you should shop at this store - these folks know what they are talking about, won't try to sell you anything they don't need, and their knowledge / service is outstanding. Don't waste your time shopping at Best Buy or another big box type of store - if you need help with anything computer related, visit their store or give these people a call.

I am so impressed with how easy the process was and how they took the time to make sure I understood everything about what I was buying. The price was extremely competitive and the equipment works just as it should. I would recommend A-Computers over any box stores. Here you get what you want, no unnecessary upsell and they service what they sell.

They say they have a flat rate of 45 however they raise the price by saying they put you in priority without ever mentioning it the first place. Price was bumped from 45 to 95 for a 30min checkup. Also, when we confronted the owner about this issue in a polite manner and in multiple attempts for transparency on their side, they did not show any customer service and yelled through the phone saying he'll hold the computer for a couple days if we want the money back. We were absolutely disappointed about our first and most likely last experience with this shop and would like to warn others wanting to get their computers checked here.
d	drake smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pat is great, reputible and honest, never steered me wrong, just don't deal with pats dad tho as he will deny your warranty if AA batteries are old or if you add brand new ones! Lmfao pats dad totally sucks but Pat rocks! Unfortunately pats dad cost his family all my business with his stupidity of wrongfully denying a refund on a brand new 2day old item (camera) in the past, he also refused to alternatively warranty it or exchange it for a new one. Pats dad was belligerent and full of excuses such as the AA batterys were depleted and new ones are not original equipment excuse! I suggest his dad grow TF up as pat has things handled, I also suggest his dad to never have any part of customer service interactions especially when dealing with high-end system builders like myself. Too little too late now tho, sorry that your dad is the way he is Pat, Chow.
