★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you hire anyone with two neurons to rub together? This girl had the grand task of ringing me up for a print job and messed up twice. Had to get her manager twice. On top of that called earlier to ask how much they charge for b&w printing they said $0.14 when I get there they charged me $0.24…almost double. Plus extra for an hour of their time even though the print job took 4.5 mins or less.
Terrible. Awful. Wouldn’t have gone if I had a better option.

It takes too long to load, then keeps jumping to another page, site or whatever is there but what one wants to see. Items are organized differently to what one would usually look them up and the and the information about the products is skimpy. ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i mean the big ( heavy weight ) lady she doesnt seem to do any thing for me , she was like her computer has to restart ????????????????? jezzz what a joke , or she just want to help white costomers , lol , unless u travel and see other places /countries you will still remain the small minded lady :) good luck .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are THIEVES!!! I went in this store to quickly scan a 5 page document before dropping it off. I put $3 on my staples card which came up to about 8 minutes - we all know it should only take about 2 minutes to scan 5 pages. I logged into the computer, and set up the scanner which took about 30 seconds to one minute of the time allotted to me. After 7 minutes the document didn't even scan. The printer scanned the documents and then it took over 7 minutes to "upload" the scans onto the computer. After this time, the computer shut off and I was told I would have to pay again and try again, so I asked the attendant to call the manager because this isn't right. I asked the manager - whose name is Terry - to refund the money back onto my card so that I can add $2 more, the manager refunded my money and refused to let me use the computer again. I then took my money and went to the library up the street where I was able to scan my documents FOR FREE in less than 2 minutes with the help of the kind library attendants. If I could give Staples zero stars, I would!
