★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never leave reviews but I needed to in this case. I had a defect of a chair I bought in store I originally called the south common location (the store I bought it from) and the guy on the phone was no help said if I needed it fixed I had to email them as there was nothing he could do. I then called the downtown location as they were very helpful during a previous visit. Kelsey was absolutely wonderful she knew exactly what the problem was and took two pieces that I needed from the chair they had in store and exchanged them for the two defected pieces I had that same day instead of wasting weeks of my time to get a new chair shipped. So if you're planning on visiting structube go downtown!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still waiting for my order from 10 months ago, been told multiple times it will be in next week, next week, next week, how can a company sell a product for the full purchase price when it is obviously not available or possibly even made. I could have literally rowed a boat to whichever country they are importing the product from, employed a craftsman to build me the purchased product and rowed the boat back across the ocean and walked home with said product in the amount of time it has taken, this company is a complete joke and it’s extremely sad that this business model works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage product! Awful and infuriating customer service! My partner and I ordered a bed online. Within six months of having it, the legs gave out and the slats broke. It became incredibly uncomfortable, made loud noises, and disrupted our sleep. The bed is supposed to come with a one year warranty, so I reached out to customer service. All I got was emails saying we had done things to exclude us from the warranty (for example, they said we must have dragged it around, which we did not). They denied the claim and gave me no one to talk to when I felt misunderstood. It's beyond absurd to have a bed break within six months, that just means it's a faulty product. The company was totally unwilling to acknowledge this, despite having shown them other reviews that it had happened to other people. They clearly do not care or want to help at all. The bed breaking was disappointing enough, but the lack of customer service was even more maddening. I do not recommend their products and would not shop with this company again.

Cons: No instant purchase on furnitures and the order takes 2-3 weeks to be shipped & delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been on numerous occasions that my business partner and I have been into this location of Structube here in Edmonton.
Must say that the staff they have over there really go above and beyond for the customers who enter every time. Had to take a moment out of my day to come onto here and praise this Structube for the world class and top notch customer care they provide!
Special thanks to Leila for being very patient and understanding when dealing with us yesterday. I was in need of some office furniture immediately for the same day, and she quickly went out of her way to assist us by looking up multiple options of what we wanted even if it meant going to another structube around the area. The manager of this location should be very impressed of the staff that they hired.
Leila, Christine, Marianne and Kelsey where the ladies working yesterday and I must say they are as knowledgeable as they are all are beautiful. All the questions and concerns I had about most of the products they have in store where answered and addressed immediately!
Thanks again for the new office furniture and looking forward to ordering more for my board room for our second location of business!
