Gardner Architecture Inc. is a service oriented firm that is committed to excellence in design and efficiency in the execution of a variety of building forms. We consider ourselves progressive in our design approach; innovative in design and rooted in context. Our key players have decades of experience but are constantly learning. Every project gives us an opportunity to ask why, in addition to how, to ensure that the solutions we present provide best value to our clients and our community.
The firm was incorporated in 2012, when founder Ben Gardner became a registered Architect after 12 years of training with two major firms in Edmonton. Under Mr. Gardner’s guidance we have executed over 250,000,000 square feet of new construction across western Canada, and continue to work on a variety of dynamic projects.
We have experience in multiple building typologies, from commercial to multi-family. Our passion is mixed-use urban design, where we receive the opportunity to combine knowledge we have gained of various building typologies and challenge our abilities. We see buildings as more than artifacts, they are living breathing organisms that can and should make great and small contributions to their neighborhood and community. Thus we focus on multi-family, commercial retail, and commercial office projects, bringing these uses together wherever and whenever possible to create vibrant and sustainable communities.
