The course was presented very well and the instructor made the class very engaging. Even though, there is too much theories and skills to learn, Kaitlyn didn’t make us feel overwhelmed. Overall, I have learned so much during the 2-day course and I feel competent with the skills that I have learned.

The second part was done in class which had equipment available to suit the course requirements. Our instructor, Sunny was engaging, thorough, and collaborative. At the end of the course he made sure we were confident in what we learned and how to apply our knowledge. Also loved that the location was close to several amenities.

With all my batch member at the end of the second day till with got our exam we learn more and we are happy until the end. I give five stars to this training center. What set him apart for me was how he tied in his work experience and anecdotes that were both useful and interesting into his teaching. His experience is very obvious in how he explains and answers questions. Otherwise he was also excellent because he is very good at encouraging questions and answering them in a nonjudgmental way that really promotes learning. Aside from Sunny, the building, quality of course, and information provided before the course were also of high quality. I came across this company through the Heart & Stroke portal and am very happy that I did. I will likely do my recertification with them in the future.
