About River City Dental
Dr. Zarsky was born and raised in Edmonton. Following his graduation from Austin O’Brien High School, he attended the University of Alberta, where he received his B.Sc. (with Distinction) in 1994, followed by his D.D.S. (with Distinction) degree in 1996. Dr. Zarsky has proudly served patients from the greater Edmonton area for the past 25 years.
Since graduation, Dr. Zarsky has furthered his dental education through numerous seminars and courses, focusing on the latest technological advances and methodologies in the field of dentistry including CEREC.
In his spare time, Dr. Zarsky enjoys volunteering with his daughter’s dance association and his son’s hockey club. He especially enjoys travelling with his family, golfing, playing hockey and just generally keeping active.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your scared of the dentist, this is the place for you!! I can’t say enough about how gentle and concerned the staff, and particularly the Dr was while doing my crown procedure!! A skilled dentist like this is rare! I have had my teeth cleaned by Jeannie Lynkowski all my life while she worked at Beverly dental clinic, she recently moved to River City Dental, and I followed her over there! She’s Amazing, I was very excited to have lucked out with the added bonus of finding an amazing dentist as well!!!
I should not forget to mention all the other very professional and friendly staff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only recently started coming to River City Dental and their staff is TOP NOTCH! From the moment you walk into the door, the receptionists are welcoming and helpful. Their assistants and hygienists are super friendly and knowledgable. Both Dr. Zarsky and Dr. Burnett make you feel at ease with their friendliness, attention to detail and walk you through every step of every big/small procedure. I wish I had come sooner!
I can't recommend this team enough - their cohesiveness makes the entire dental appointment enjoyable and anxiety-free!

I went to another dentist and had some work done, I couldn't chew properly for two years. Yes, TWO years...so I felt a bit scared to go into a new clinic. Finding this clinic was such a relief and I feel confident going here as a patient. The clinic is pristinely clean and the expertise is the best I have encountered. From the professionals at the front desk, to the hygienists and the dentists I could be happier with my experience!
The dentist was reviewing my past work and made a few observations however she wants to monitor my teeth over my next appointments. She said "our goal is to do as little as possible to teeth" - this is a huge difference to some other clinics who try and pressure you into getting work done before your benefits expire or for "cosmetic" reasons.
Such ethical and high quality professionals all around! Highly, highly recommend.

She is the most gentle, caring and meticulous dentist I have ever had the PLEASURE to deal with. I brought both my children here since they were old enough to come and the atmosphere formed by all the staff helped put them at ease. The hygienist are very outgoing and enthusiastic about the work they do.
Of course I cannot forget the beautiful, kind and considerate ladies that work at the front desk. These ladies are warm and inviting as soon as you walk in the door. I recommend Dr. Burnett entire office to anyone I know and my family will be clients until they retire. Great work for everyone at River City Dental.
