I have never been to a dentist like this before. I saw Dr. Wong and Dr. Wing, and both were so patient and kind. There was no rush with either of them and they were so happy to sit and explain everything until I felt comfortable, but they were also not pushy and respected what I wanted. Both have a gentle touch and are very generous. Marissa (the front desk person) is very sweet and calls to check up on you after an appointment. All of the dental hygienists I have met so far are very friendly and willing to get to know you and take as much time as is needed to get everything sorted out. Everyone at this office really cares about their patients and it shows. Would definitely recommend to people who want to have a good experience at the dentist!

Best dentist office by far. The staff here is always so sweet and welcoming. They treat everyone like they are family and it does not go unnoticed. Not only are they always punctual but they schedule enough time in each and every appointment to catch up and talk to you and make you feel important. I’m not saying to try and waste their time chatting away, but they genuinely care enough to give you the time. I’ve never felt rushed here. Dr. Wong and his coworkers talk you through each and every step of whatever it is they are doing, and that is something I have never experienced before. When I was younger, dentists would never tell me what was going on or what to expect. I have to also add that my entire family goes here and every time we leave we talk about how informative and kind these people are. They have respect for each other and for their patients. They all work together so seamlessly, there’s never a miss or a mix up. My family and I appreciate all of you so much! Keep up the fantastic work!

Just don't go for wisdom tooth extraction. Went March 25th, 2022 for cleaning and xrays, was the first patient of the new owner Dr. Nibras Sharif. She was very friendly, Winnie the hygienist was gentle and friendly as well. No cavities, no problem, except one. I was having some issues with the back of my mouth on the right side, every now and then I get a shooting pain. Doctor was quick to tell me my back wisdom teeth don't line up like they should and she could pull them no problem at my next appt. I booked in for wisdom tooth extraction April 12th. They told me no prep or what to expect, never had any dental work or a cavity so not sure how serious this procedure is. I ended up calling reception before my appt asking if I needed pain meds, she said yes and I would have to get them from my doctor, so I did. Get to the clinic, read the consent, see that lots can go wrong doing this, trusted the dentist. get my freezing, didn't even budge, no problem I have a high pain tolerance. She starts working on me and right away I do regret this. I didn't realize she had to hold my jaw and push as hard as she could with a metal instrument to try and get my tooth to wiggle, even though frozen the pressure was insane. Her tool slipped and went to the other side of my mouth, I felt something in my throat so we stopped and rinsed and suctioned. Now at this point my trust level has decreased. Ended up fracturing my tooth, which tbf is what they have to do sometimes when the teeth wont release fully (I read in the consent, now everything warning from the consent is racing through my mind, nerve damage, loss of facial muscle control...etc) I asked her what technic she was doing and thats when she told me " I think we should stop, either you're in pain or you need to trust me" I told her to get it done. Took more xrays of my roots, digs more, leaves roots in, shows me xrays says Im actually like an impacted tooth and should of had the surgery, why this wasn't checked before ....? She decides to do only my bottom one, was scheduled for both because my jaw. I was starting to have signs of lock jaw. 5mins later I hear her greet her next patient "sorry for the wait..." . Winnie gave me post care instructions as the dentist is with another patient now, but she is still trying to tell the staff what I need. I leave to go get something from london drugs and remember oh ya I was suppose to get a mouthwash from the dentist, go back to get my prescription, dentist blames me for leaving, lol they didn't even try to call me and I came back. She is telling the receptionist what to order for me. She also gave me her personal cell because this was Easter long weekend. Go to fill the script and its not for me, its for a different patient that's 40 years older then me. I call them to fix it and told them which pharma I was at, the reception phones ME back cause she cant find their fax number (I'm receptionist too, and its easy to get fax number, you call the pharmacy and ask). Now a lot of this disorganization has to be cause she was just taking over, I get that, but patient care is at an all time low - I called her to follow-up but she told me to come back when they are open. She still to this date has not contacted me for follow-up. I followed up with another dentist and am now referred to Oral surgeons at RAH for emergency dental. They believe my roots being left in will cause me problems. I wrote this review to help others who like me have never had any dental work and want to know what it is like there. I feel like I have ptsd from the procedure and my jaw hurts more than anything and has been clicking, I've been on more pain meds then my appendectomy, menicus repair, 3rd degree burn, and my radius ulna complete fracture that needed screws and plates combined!

The dentist here is the most friendly dentist in town. However, I found the price of cleaning so expensive and would have like to be informed before but I didn’t ask so also my fault. Reason I stopped going is after a tooth extraction, i was in extreme pain and called the office. The receptionist at the time, Marissa, told me she couldn’t squeeze me in between appointments. It was an emergency as I could not tolerate the pain. So I found a dentist who did squeezed me in between appointments.
