She is very friendly, offers great customer service, and willing to go out of her way to solve problems. The building is very clean, quiet, well maintained and close to groceries and restaurants. I very much recommend living in this building.

I met Pam on zoom while looking for a place in Edmonton from St. John's, NL. She was extremely accommodating with respect to the time difference and was more than happy to show us every unit available. She was kind, responsive, efficient and knowledgeable despite the fact that she had just started in her position. When we finally decided on which unit to rent, she was a huge help in getting all of the paperwork organized and she was available at all times for all of our questions. She helped to facilitate the move by doing a few favours for us that would not have been offered by other property managers. She made our cross country move very smooth and stress free and she even offered to help us with places to stay along the way! We are extremely satisfied with everything and would 100% recommend her to friends!

From virtual tours, to helping me with my multiple IKEA furniture deliveries to my new apartment while I was in Ontario, Pam has been a pleasure to work with. She is friendly, kind, and professional. I look forward to living in this building knowing Pam is only a phone call away and always ready and willing to help. She is a phenomenal asset to the Infiniti 105 team. Thank you Pam!
j	jaman olach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No heat for three weeks when -33 outside temperature. After 5 pm no one answers a call. No night security. Very bad management. Don’t regret after signing in & moving. Wecare website it’s fake no response at all.

The residents know of these issues and still carry on because it doesn't effect them...UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO THEM...hopefully it's only a vehicle break-in!?!?! Until the safety issues are addressed by management and the residents of this building...I would not move into this place.
T	Tim Ragan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We truly like the location and the Apartment unfortunately the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. We had frozen pipes last winter and it took 3 days to thaw. They cut 3 holes in our walls to let heat onto the pipes. The holes are still not patched and the root cause of the freeze up has yet to be determined. Somebody was in a few weeks ago and said they would get right to it. We had an email stating that they were coming in on October 8th between 1 and 5. Nobody showed up and when I asked the manager she knew nothing about it. They also tend to just put band aid fixes on problems. Also one elevator is broken more than it is working!

She is so kind and is always very friendly when you go to her office. She is also on top of everything when it comes to managing the building. Our maintenance requests have been dealt with within 24 hours, often being resolved the same day we submitted a request. Give this awesome lady a raise! The building itself is lovely but Pamela is what really makes this a five star experience!
K	Kim Cline on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the apartment but the tenant directly above me is CONSTANTLY stomping & moving her furniture around! I've kept track & this starts @ 8:00am & she stops at 12:30am EVERY day!! I've advised the office of this & she has been spoken to but she's getting worse! NO respect from her at all!! Pretty hard to concentrate on my job while this is happening as I work from home. And going on maybe 5 hours of broken sleep per night doesn't help!! UPDATE The tenant directly above me has been given 4 warnings about noise I guess. Guess what?? She's noisier than ever!! How can a person function when that person is having to listen to stomping & moving of the furniture for about 20 hours a day??!! Not what I hoped for when I moved in here!! Have not heard back from the Regional Office. Suggestion: Make sure before you sign a 1 year lease, that the building that you're moving into is ACTUALLY a quiet building!!
