โ โ โ โ โ i felt like the lourde be jeezus him self was doing the maintance for the apartment is so being polite and helpful in explanation of what is going on around this place in general . and to put up with all my non - sence during the interum shows nothing but a soothing confidence that these people need to exibit more of these days.. .. โ โ โ โ โ Do not trust the company that runs this building. I lived in one of their other buildings. They lost 2 of my rent payments, failed to tell me for 2-4 months, and then tried to evict me over it. There were two hearings, and they ended up finding the one money order after the first hearing. In the second, the dispute officer agreed that they probably lost my other payment.
They also made a lot of mistakes. For instance, they were required to return the remainder of my damage deposit and, although I moved out in March 2020, they included April 2020 in their final statement of account.

โ โ โ โ โ The constant construction for a minor building uprade is totally not worth it. I regret signing the lease. The noise from concrete chipping is constant, and permeates the entire building and is anticipated to last for months

โ โ โ โ โ We moved into Lancaster House a little over a month ago. The entire process has been amazing. From booking our viewings with Saad, who was knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to communicate with, to our move in process with Natalia, who has been amazing. Natalia was very patient and accommodating when it came to scheduling elevators for the move in process to ensure everything went as smooth as possible, and is easy to get in touch with if I have any questions. They have been prompt in advising us of any inspections, fire alarm testing, etc that happens here in the building as well. Building has been quiet and neighbors are all friendly and pleasant (plus some cute dogs!) No complaints from us! We are very pleased we choose this building as our new home.

โ โ โ โ โ The renting process for the Minto properties is super quick and easy. I got approved and was able to move in 2 days after I requested the suite. The building and sales managers were excellent to work with and were very fast at responding to my emails regarding any questions or concerns I had. My suite was newly renovated with new appliances and was a great place to live for the time I needed it for. I had to leave before the end of the lease and was easily able to transfer the lease to a new person. I would definitely recommend the Minto properties for anyone who is looking to rent an apartment!
