โ โ โ โ โ My 90 minute haircut was spent with the stylist constantly trying to sell services and products to me. I came for a simple hair cut and was not asked a single question that would not lead to selling a product or service. I finally said โI cannot afford spa services hereโ which was very embarrassing to have to say. The response was โohโ and then they continued to try to sell products. I previously came here for many years and was very disappointed in this experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing experience at this spa. I got a deep tissue massage with cupping and body exfoliant. Chloe was awesome and really for at my knots in the upper back.
I got microdermabrasion with Shannon. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and so far my skin feels so clean and refreshed.
I canโt wait to come back.

โ โ โ โ โ I've been seeing Chloe for massage and dynamic cupping and I can't recommend it enough, especially the cupping! I have some unique anatomy in my spine that causes me a lot of pain and Chloe has been amazing. She's super easy to talk to and answers all my questions. If something causes me pain she's very careful not to repeat it, and I've found it very easy to communicate with her. I also appreciate her recordkeeping.
The only negative thing I can say is that some of my interactions with the girls at the front desk have been disappointing. I think wishing you a nice day when you're leaving would go a long way, or at least responding back when I say it.

โ โ โ โ โ Me and my husband came here for our mini-honeymoon and booked two stone massages. Before even beginning the service, we were greeted by two lovely RMTs. They showed us step-by-step through the beautiful building & we're extremely helpful with everything. Then the massages were AMAZING. I had never had a stone massage before and I really thoroughly enjoyed it. She perfectly understood the type of pressure I wanted, and I am a particular person with my services. My RMT was Chloe and my husband got another lady, but we don't remember her name (sorry!!) but regardless, she was amazing too. It is pricey yes, but you are really paying for the BEST overall experience. We are from Calgary, but we will 100% be back into this salon when we come visit the city again. Thank you!

She went over an in-depth review of my skin concerns beforehand, and provided the products she used, comments, and recommendations thereafter. It was an amazing experience and highly recommend.

I had a wonderful pedicure with her and will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future! The spa is overall lovely, relaxing and a calming space. I will ill be absolutely be back.
