โ โ โ โ โ Best move-in experience ever thanks to Saad Aslan and Natalia Antonova. From punctuality, professionalism, cleanliness, everything was top notch. New in Edmonton and used with Vancouver standards , I was so pleasant surprised. I highly recommend this building, very hard to rent such a high quality place in downtown Edmonton.

โ โ โ โ โ I was looking for a new place to live. The York house is the place to live. 1) They maintain the property so well. The management team is awesome, they really provide the comfort experience. If you had any issue with your suite they action it right away and they keep you up to date. Our Agent Saad, I can't thank him enough. If you are looking an apartment I would recommend Minto Apartment.

โ โ โ โ โ I had such a great time living at York House. So many great things to say about this place. The location is excellent! Youโre close to downtown and 114 street is pretty quiet. Views are phenomenal and the elevators come quickly. Staff are terrific and you have a ton of autonomy and privacy here. Thereโs a few disruptions with the hot water every now and then but outside of that there have been no issues with the building or my suite.

โ โ โ โ โ I used to rent a bachelor at York House and, honestly, I miss it a lot. It was and still is my best renting experience! Management team is great - very helpful, VERY responsive!
Any maintenance request was complete promptly. Building is nice and clean. All tenants are great.
I enjoyed living ar York House a lot.
If you want stress-free rent with great management go with Minto/York House!

โ โ โ โ โ Me and my dog Josephine lived here at York house for almost two years. I really loved it. The management and maintenance team are so on top of it. All the common areas are kept really clean and ice and snow is removed promptly from the sidewalks. When I needed my faucet repaired they were there the next day. Their communication is also great: if they need to test a fire alarm or plow the parking lot they send emails and put signs in the elevator so you are never caught off-guard. Not to mention everyone who works at York house is always so friendly. It's a great environment. Hot-tip: the views on the East side of the building are great because there is no building directly across which I loved. In the end I had to move because my dog was a bit anxious and needed a yard (there are a lot of dogs in the building which is very fun and wonderful but if you have an anxious dog it might not be for you). I have lived in 5 apartment buildings and this was by far my favourite so I would recommend it.
