โ โ โ โ โ I've been living in Panorama Apartments for six months and I'm loving it. Location is very quiet and convenient, great view even from third floor, large suites. The building is older but very well maintained. The onside management is amazing. A couple of small issues were repaired immediately! My balcony was just freshly painted even though I never asked for it. They always there, cleaning, painting etc. I've really felt welcomed here since the first day!

โ โ โ โ โ As you read these reviews you might be inclined to think that they are too good to be true - not so. Two months since moving into the Panorama Apartments, I still discover new and fabulous reasons for living here. The RealStar staff are welcoming and made my move in easy peasy by booking the dedicated loading bay and securing an elevator. I'd like to say that I have the best flat in the building - but from the reviews, it sounds like there isn't an unpleasant suite in the building. Having stayed in some breathtaking places worldwide, my Panorama flat is nothing short of spectacular with its ever changing east-south river valley view.
Thanks to a dedicated staff, the building is clean and quiet, in an equally quiet neighbourhood, a mere two blocks from a variety of conveniences, restaurants, and transit. Access to four different sets of stairs to the river valley and hiking trails are almost at the building's front door. I feel safe walking early mornings; though the building's gym is very handy and easy to book (a day in advance to comply with COVID health regulations, of course! But then I have the entire gym to myself for the hour!). Panorama; a pleasant place to call home.

โ โ โ โ โ We had an absolutely amazing time living in Panorama and will never forget our gorgeous River Valley view and the nice neighbourhood. This is a great building in one of the best neighbourhoods in Edmonton. On the management side, we experienced through a few rotation of different property managers over the years but I have to say that Larry, Shaunalee, Taylor and Dave were by far the best managers we had, period. The level of attention these folks pay to the building and every resident on a daily basis is above exceptional and made our residency 10 times more fun and enjoyable. Larry, Shaunalee, Taylor and Dave accommodated us on so many occasions that's even hard to mention it all in a single review. All I will say is these people are among the nicest and best people we ever met in Edmonton. On the personal side, we forged a strong connection in our relationships with them that I hope will last forever. Thank you guys for everything you did for us and miss you and Panorama forever! โ โ โ โ โ I moved into my one-bedroom apartment in Panorama back in August 2021, and so far I've really enjoyed living here! The building managers were super helpful and understanding during the moving process, and have been very welcoming ever since. The apartment is in great condition, and has a ton of storage space. The building's location is also great (only about a 10 minute walk from Government Centre station, and within walking distance of lots of restaurants). Super happy with my place so far :)

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve lived in Panorama for nearly 43 years. Never have I had better landlords or building management staff!! They are absolutely awesome! It is my intention to live here at least another 22 years. I love my home! I have no desire to own a house. What could be better than living in the Panorama?!

โ โ โ โ โ Great location, very quiet pocket of downtown.
Building is whisper quiet, I forget I have neighbors 90% of the time.
The views are well worth getting a unit facing the river valley.
Realstar (and the amazing building staff) have put every other management company I've rented with in the past to shame. 24-hour on site service, incredibly quick to reply, and treat you like a community member. Can't say enough good things about them.
It's made my time living here one of the easiest and nicest time I've had renting. They'll be tough to beat.

โ โ โ โ โ I honestly believe I have the best postal code in all of Edmonton! Panorama Apartments is everything I've ever wanted about downtown living. It's such a walkable community, and you can't get much closer to the river valley trails. There's the wonderful new equipment in the Fitness room, access to a social room, and secure underground parking. The building managers and staff work hard at keeping the place spotless. I am incredibly thrilled and proud to call this place home!
