EDGEHILL APARTMENTS - Edmonton

We did not end up renting with Edgehill but were so impressed by the WONDERFUL customer service we received. Consider renting here as the facility at Edgehill is very nice and the management is friendly:) thanks for showing us around the other week! Especially to Tammy!

Have been moving into the building already an year. Pretty satisfied with the living environment and the management of this property. First, I want to say the building managers are friendly and responsible( Special thanks to Shaunalee, Larry, Shawn, Tammy). It's an 24 hour onsite call management, they're doing a good job to keep the building safe( Downtown location) and also provides more convenient to professional and senior people. Having good communications with tenants and fast response. They have been sending out notice to each unit in advance to notify if there is any water shutting down, inspection of concrete check, cleaning garbage chutes or windows,etc. One time the electricity accidentally broke-down, and the building managements were standing outside until late midnight to service tenants who come back late to enter the building until it fixed. Second, despite the building is a little old, the new innovation been done so far makes it looks super elegant and enjoyable. Room is bright and spacious. Regular cleaning been done frequently in the common area. They also set up a few hand sanitize station in the building during the Pandemic to keep the tenants safe. Last, it's a beautiful and quiet place to live at, with an amazing front view of river valley. Walking distance to the river valley trail. At here you won't hear too much street noise, and most tenants at this building are having good quality. One thing I want to mention about: the management team was swatch to Realstar before I came and till now. After Realstar took over, they do maintenance and renovation if there's any former tenants move out. Most of the renovation work are being done during weekdays 9:00am to 4:00pm, including water shut down, and there will be some drilling noise across the building. They have finish a lot of work last year, including each level corridor. Despite this, it's not effect me too much since I work full-time and the renovation is nice. In case the contractors make noise at weekend, please make a call to the management team to let them stop the work, I feel the contractors don't really care about the tenants. If you have any problems, try to reach the building managers directly, not anyone else. Last winter there was almost a week room temperatures dropped down to 16c due to the extremely cold weather condition, other days are fine. Overall, I pretty enjoy to live in this place.

I moved into Edgehill two months ago and am very happy with my decision. I have had very positive experiences with the management staff, from viewing the apartment to move in and they continue to impress me. They have all been so kind, friendly and accommodating. The building is very clean and well maintained. The location is great as well. Downtown convenience but on the quite perimeter with great access to trails and the river valley. Edgehill checked all the boxes for me when looking for an apartment but the staff solidified my decision to live here.

My husband and I have been living at Edgehill for 8 months and we have had a great experience! Any maintenance issues are promptly resolved, someone always answers the phone when I call. It's clean, safe and quite. I've interacted with several staff; they are always polite, respectful and warm. We're really grateful to be in such a great building and in an awesome location!

Everyone who works here are absolutely amazing and helpful. People here are so friendly. When we applied for this apartment, it went so smoothly and efficiently. We got to move in right away. They were so accommodating during the entire application process. The landlord still let us use the elevator even though we were 5 hours or so behind from our original moving in appointment. I love living here so far and I enjoy being close to everywhere. I also feel safe walking around the neighbourhood even at nighttime.

Had an amazing time living here. What can I say the View is spectacular. From the high level to West Ed. Storm watching galor and Sunset heaven. Peace of mind secure entry and underground parking. Walking paths of Victoria Park right on your doorstep. The staff are very pleasant and always happy to help. Definitely will miss living here.

Great place to live! Building is clean and quiet. Staffs are friendly and helpful! I like the well-designed suite: new appliances, lots of storage cabinets, big windows, and a lovely balcony with amazing view!

I lived here for over two years and loved my experience living here. The location is convenient and easily accessible, not to mention the beautiful view of the river valley. Perfect for anyone that wants to take advantage of the cycling paths or exploring the downtown scene. Shaunalee and Larry, among the other staff at Edgehill were wonderful! It was so nice having them nearby if any assistance or concerns arose and they added a lot to the community of the building. Would recommend living here without hesitation.
