Solano House is THE WORST! You can't trust these people for anything, they will not lift a finger to help you out, i promise you that. I've had my property stolen and they offer no help, just a "better luck next time". Not to mention the building has terrible maintenance and upkeep, homeless people always around and will steal your property at any given moment. Security cameras? forget about it, they don't even want to talk about it. I wish Solano House the worst and hope they closed down.

I wouldn't stay at any boardwalk building again. When I first started renting I had my laundry stolen and boardwalk did nothing about it. Then recently I had to break lease 2 months early due to covid and they would not give me any break and still made me pay a ton to break the lease. Would not recommend.

I'm a mother of a young man who moved into this apartment building sold on a house. I wanted to say that I was greeted politely in kindly by the management team in the building. I have found the building itself to be well maintained. And that my son was helped by the staff even while moving in. So I wanted to say thank you to the management team. And then I hope my son finds a permanent home in your building.

Avoid this place they will lie to your face and try to steal your money! Went for a viewing of the apartment and were told by Brittany to come and sign an application. All good with us. Went to her office to fill it out and were told to pay $299 for a security deposit. So far so good. Ended up finding a much better apartment that met our needs better so told them we would not be filling out a contract and that we were no longer interested and that we’d like our deposit back only to be told that our deposit was now forfeited and that we would not be getting the money back even though at no point were we told we would not get that money back or we never would have applied here. Brittany then got rude with my SO and it wasn’t until we threatened to involve the Landlord and Tenant board that she backtracked on what she said. Be careful if you’re interested in renting here they are not honest!

I recently moved into Solano House with the help of Brittany, who provided above and beyond customer service throughout the signing of our lease! I want to thank her personally for being so great. All the onsite staff have been both kind and helpful so far as well. The location, view and price are all amazing and the community is wonderful, I definitely recommend checking Solano House out.

Don’t move in here. Constantly increasing the rent every year without fail. Don’t value long term tenants. Live here if u want ur rent to always go up.

My mom just moved in to Solano House after looking at several other apartments. We are so relieved and very happy with the new place. Brittany was very helpful to my mom and gave her all the necessary information to make the decision to move. She has been very professional and very friendly with my mom during this stressful time of making the move. Very impressed with the maintenance of the building, cleanliness of the lobby and suites. The building had a pleasant smell to it, unlike like other apartments. The neighbors in the building were also very friendly and helped us move a few things. So far, we really love the place and are happy to call this my mom's new home!

I have lived at Solano House for almost 20 years. Having a landlord that is always doing improvements to the building is great. I recently had maintenance come to my suite to repair my bathroom fan. He was so friendly and professional. The fan was fixed and we had a great conversation at the same time. Brittany in the leasing office is a pleasure to deal with. She has empathy when discussing things like financial issues due to the pandemic. She is very personable and easy to talk to. Since living in my suite I have had several upgrades. I needed a new seal on my fridge and the maintenance person saw that it was very old. I received a brand new fridge a few days later, still had that new smell. I also requested a double sink in my kitchen and even offered to buy the sink. The area coordinator at the time approved my request and it was shortly installed. (they bought the sink) Yesterday when maintenance was in my suite I asked if I could get some paint to touch up my dings on wall corners and refresh the bathroom. He said he would get me the paint, after I talk to the office. I would paint it myself as I have done lots of that. The building is full of amenities such as a fitness room with fairly new equipment. There is a convenience store on the main floor. I especially like the new washers and the gas dryers. Mailboxes are new and many security improvements have been done. One issue I found was on the old fire system you could not hear the bells in your suites as the suites are very sound proof, not totally but at least 90%. I brought it to their attention and they did some bell testing finding that I was correct. They upgraded the fire system installing new alarms within the suites. I have piece of mind knowing that was done. Boardwalk may not be perfect for everyone but it has been for me. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality experience to check them out. In my opinion, Boardwalk and especially Solano House is a 'Great Place to Call Home' .
