B	Bruce Touchings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasurable experience with Caitlin and all of the rental team. Such charming people to deal with. Let’s face it looking for a rental property that meets your needs is a challenging endeavour. I was put at ease right as I walked through the rental office door. No pressure by anyone in the team. Just genuine transparency and willingness to take the time to give me a good long look at this special property. Caitlin showed me as many as a dozen suites or more as I wanted to make a good decision. Found my perfect living space finally with in suite laundry, great underground parking and a spacious living area. Big soaker tub and even one year free Telus package for my tv + internet needs. Lots of guest parking as well as the brewery district and all it has to offer in practical and dining needs. Reasonable rent for all you get including water and heat utilities + only $500 security deposit The other great reason here is the location is tucked away in such a way that you don’t get loud traffic noises like on jasper ave. I know I’m going to love living here. Haven’t found any things I don’t like. Thanks so much rental team!
J	JLM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moving day was a success! Caitlin and Mike with Truhome were phenomenal with the rental aspect. Seriously I want to be their friend they're so nice! ? The management company made moving in a breeze! Thank you Daniel and Petra, and the 2 lovely ladies that took over for Mike and Caitlin in the evening. I've never been happier in a new place. Moving into a brand new building was so nice. My 1 bedroom suite is huge, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, huge pantry and closets. HUGE WINDOWS! DEEP bathtub. I honestly couldn't ask for a better home.

I really felt like the leasing office and management went the extra mile to make every feel comfortable and taken care of. In fact, I still feel that way, even after living in the building for a few months. There are always events, contests and interactions that make this building so special. Any issues are dealt with promptly and empathetically. Great units, great location and great people. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Would highly recommend this building and this leasing team!
R	Rachel S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments themselves are very nice but there are a couple of things that have gone wrong since moving in. Firstly, I was promised that the windows would have blinds when I moved in especially since I am facing the condos across the street. Come move in day, there were no blinds and I was told I would have them in November at the latest. Now here we are in February, 6 months later, and I have yet to receive these blinds. Secondly, the wiring in the building is faulty. I can’t have more than 3 things plugged in and on at the same time in my bedroom without tripping the breaker. To use my microwave I have to make sure all the lights in the kitchen are off so it doesn’t trip the breaker as well. I know that a lot of the units in the building have the same issue.

Spoke to many different apartment/condos and no one came close to the service provided here. Elise is incredible at her job and made the process as enjoyable and easy as it can be. Give this lady a raise! Highly recommend :)

In less than few minutes I was able to be scheduled into a viewing at the date and time of my convenience. When I was greeted during that initial visit, the questions were specific to find what my family needs are, which helped narrowing down the available options. All the staff was professional, yet approachable, and so easy to work with, which made me feel extremely comfortable. It was very important to me not to feel pressured into making any decision right in that moment, even though I was already won by the first suite shown which fitted exactly what I really wanted/needed. Everyone was respectful in giving me that space and time to make a decision. Overall outcome was even better than I actually expected, and I couldn't be happier. I am excited to call 121 West my new home.

They were very understanding and helpful in my transition plans in February 2022 from the old to this new place. They answered right away all my inquiries/emails/calls, and had been given me friendly and clear directions in what I need to prepare and do. I am very excited to move in into this wonderful, clean, well structured and designed apartment building in the future.
