Quick access to the ICE District and the rest of downtown as well as steps to the charming 124 St area where some of the best food in the city can be found.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this property to get to one of the businesses located in this building. It is an accessibly nightmare.
This building does not have any accessible parking. The parking it does have, is located at the back on a steep incline, making it difficult to walk up and down if you have limited physical mobility. There is no ramp connecting the back lot parking to get into the building wither, so you have walk around to even get to the front entryway. And then - ALL the entrances to retail & business have nothing but steep stairs! No ramps, no accessible doors, nothing. I am embarrassed for whoever built and manages this property. I think it might be the least accessible building in Edmonton.
Avoid this building if you need a walker or wheelchair - the listing doesn't tell you how inaccessible this building is.
