★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as tenant you couldn't have a parking because its tight u need to apply and the answer is no spot but if you are trying to sign the new lease there obvious some available spot waiting for you whatva joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a resident in the building and my experience so far has been really bad.. The management is so bad in fixing outstanding issues and replying to the complaints. Even though you are paying top of the market rent, you feel like you are dealing with affordable housing management. The first time I came to see the place I was impressed with the design and modern feel but after my experience with the management I dont recommend this place at all. There are plenty of NICER options in the market at the same price point and I recommend looking at them instead of this building which is managed by lousy management.

It started off well, but the cost of the “extra” utilities is extremely expensive and kept getting higher, and was told different amounts when viewing. There is a constant knocking sound in the apartment, the common areas became dirtier and it took 7 emails to sign a lease extension. The rent and electricity are too high for what you get. Look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is a nightmare. There is no guests parking. And they also illegally tow your vehicle even if its parked legally... and then they wont listen to any reason and try to pass the blame to parking contractor that they hired. Please take my advice don't move to this building. You can find much better and newer places at same or cheaper prices. I tried having a conversation with the leasing office and it was useless. For the amount of rent I pay, I expect a better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great rental option in Edmonton! Well thought out building design, with high end fixtures in the units. Underground heated parking for residents and surface / street parking for guests. Clean, bright and secure. Very sound proof with the concrete build. Well equipped fitness studio. The slam dunk is the gorgeous roof top patio with view of the river valley / downtown - also has three large, communal BBQs, patio furniture and fire place. Really great place to live!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constant banging sound when it gets windy, everyone i spoke to also had this issue. Lived there for a year and they refused to add me to the intercom system. If the sprinklers go off in a fire, you can expect water in the hallways and elsewhere multiple floors away. Otherwise, building is alright but management isn't very good. Look nearby for similar buildings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scheduled for a viewing appointment; I arrived, but there were no clear instructions on how to get to the leasing office. A lady from the leasing team contacted me a few days later, saying I may have gotten in through the wrong door. If you had provided clear instructions on how to get to the leasing office, I’m sure we wouldn’t have had that issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely perfect!! Management - on the ball. Maintenance - fast response. Cleanliness - 10/10. Security cameras, gates, elevators. Spectacular view, Safeway access from the building, underground parking, close to everything, very happy living here.
