My husband John and I were fortunate enough to have Maya Naaman referred to us by our realtor in British Columbia. We were looking to downsize from a 3000 square foot house on an acre in the Cariboo area of BC to a condo in Edmonton. It was a decision we made due to our ages and abilities to tend to a large property as well as be close to family. Maya was the best person we could have found to see to our needs. She was so patient with us as we viewed many many condos in the midst of last summer's heat dome. We think so much of her we (unofficially) adopted her as one of our own. You could do no better than to have Maya look after all your real estate needs!

I want to send a big thank you to Maya! I highly recommend her for your buying/selling needs as she's incredibly patient and does not settle just to settle. Total disaster from start to finish. First his photographer showed up without a wide angle camera and proceeded to take a bunch of pictures of my floor (I live in a loft and the photographer didn't take a single picture showing the open concept multi story loft). Then he priced it about $80 000 too high and said it would sell "very quickly" but it sat on the market for months and months, losing me thousands of dollars every month as it was vacant. He admitted later on that he had priced it way too high and told me to drop the price, but of course by this point we had missed the prime real estate months of the summer. The final straw was that I was advised by my condo management someone stole the lock box and asked him to check on this and he said a member of his team went over and checked the lock box and it was still there. After two months, he admitted that the member of his team had lied and the lock box had actually been stolen months ago and that all the "showings" that he claimed my condo had been having during these two months never actually happened. When I changed real estate agents as a result of this dishonesty and incompetence, he was super rude about it and condescendingly told me that the real reason I was upset because my condo had not sold...Uh no, I was upset because your team lied to me and as a result multiple showings were missed. He then tried to accuse me of "gaslighting" him - I don't think he understood what the word gaslighting means. I switched to Chris Proctor, who priced my condo accurately and sold it in 2 days. The difference in professionalism in dealing with him vs. this company was incredible. I've heard of friends who had good experiences with him which is why I hired him to begin with, so I don't know what happened with my case, but it was just one disaster after another with him and ended up costing me tens of thousands of dollars due to his team's incompetence. If you're trying to sell in the Whyte Ave/Garneau area I definitely recommend going with an agent who knows the area and can price your condo appropriately like Chris Proctor.

Mitch was very helpful throughout the whole process selling my house. He was very prompt and always eager to answer my questions or help wherever he could. He made a stressful situation much easier and offered lots of great advice. I was very unfamiliar with the process, which was very daunting, but I felt I could trust him. Glad I chose him!

We had to a difficult seller but Saqar (Scott) made the experience very smooth and painless for us. I am really thankful to Maya. She was really helpful throughout the whole process. The great thing about her was how responsive she was to get any questions answered. Not only she showed the houses that wanted to see but also she arranged for us on the spot. I remember the first time meeting her and she managed to show us other houses in a a short notice.
