★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thomas went above and beyond when he successfully sold our downtown condo in a cool market. He was meticulous to details and did extensive research to ensure that we were priced appropriately - and still aggressively - for the market. The photos taken of our place for the listing were beautiful and made our condo stand out from the others listed not only in our building, but others in the area. I am convinced that this gave us an advantage over other listings.
Since our sale went smoothly, we retained him to help us purchase our new home. He was understanding and patient with all of our requirements and requests, and was available to take us for showings on short notice.
Thomas used collaboration technology for our purchase adventure that let us view, organize, and comment on each home on our list. This enabled us to filter through the many homes and neighbourhoods we were looking at quickly and efficiently.
Once we decided on a house to submit an offer on, he again did extensive research on the area to ensure that the offer we were making was fair and was then able to justify our offer to the buyers... who accepted it in the end!
I would strongly recommend Thomas as a realtor for anyone looking to sell and/or purchase a home. You will not be disappointed.

Thomas continuously puts his clients first and is more focused on finding them the perfect home or selling a clients home and the relationship he creates with them than he is a paycheck.
