I'm so glad that I found them online and decided to contact them after reading all the outstanding reviews about the company and the team behind it. I was looking for some flexibility in being able to sell my home on my own but have the professionals take care of the negotiations and paperwork for a smaller fee. Rod was great to deal with. I appreciated his no-nonsense approach to the current market conditions and how my home compared to others in the same region. The expectations were realistic and he provided great advice. Deb was incredibly responsive in communication and got back to me within minutes, if not seconds!!! It was nice to see that she takes customer service to heart! And lastly, Scarlet was outstanding. What a pleasant lady to deal with who loves what she does and it shows...professional, positive, personable and responsive as well. She was always on the ball and never hesitated to keep me in the loop at all times. I would certainly recommend SellerInvite to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home as this team won't let you down. Too bad they don't have a branch in Ontario because I would definitely work with them to find my new home.
