This was the purchase of our first home, and we chose David as a recommendation to deal with the purchase and paperwork. David spent zero time going over the paperwork, and I felt like I was rushed out of his office. He also almost missed our appointment because he forgot what time he scheduled it for. On top of that he did not explain tax credits or how they work, and we now have to dish out an added expense that we were not expecting. I am very unhappy with this whole experience and will take my time shopping around for a lawyer next time I purchase a home.
