She was beyond rude and hard to deal with. she pulled out every stop to not show me the apartment and still has not or returned my call. she is condescending and rude and does not return calls. I have finalized with another condo in the same building for a higher price just because I was not able to view this one. I hope whoever owns the property under management reads this as your condo sits empty in the Sky Tower. I wish I could give less stars such an amazing building so poorly managed

Our first landlord Laidly Management was amazing then a few years in the owner switched to Burk Management. As soon as Burk took over all basic maintenance completely stopped and we couldn't get any repairs done unless we threatened to call the health inspector. By the time we moved out the dishwasher, fireplace, washer, shower, deadbolt, closets, windows and kitchen drawers all needed to be repaired. We submitted repair requests multiple times and nothing ever got done. If your looking for a management company who will take good care of a property Burk is not it.
J	Jianyin Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called me back to troll and complain about my 1 star- then begged for me to remove it and said they would spam my business with hate reviews---- for Christmas Sharron deans sure is a Grinch - in the future id suggest more courtesy on the phone and mutually more respect for humans that are stupid enough to do business here. Would not advise to have this company handle your dog house.
A	Angelo Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a town house through burke management for a year, the house was well maintained & any questions I had throughout my tenancy they were happy to answer clearly, I never had any issues with the property itself so I never had to inquire about anything super important but had a situation came up I'm sure they would have tended to it immediately. Brad was especially nice to deal with during the walk through process on the entry and exit inspections. They provided me a thorough cleaning list to help me recover my entire damage deposit.

This company has been nothing but a headache. Shannon is non-responsive and cannot provide answers. She is quick to provide support for our condo board members but I never hear back when an answer is needed on the owners side. She is the most unprofessional person I have had to deal with.

My building has been paying Burk to manage our property for decades. My understanding is, originally this company was ran by the mother of the family and she was wonderful at her job. She passed, and her children inherited the business and seem to be intent on ruining the companies reputation by offering the worst service imaginable. You will not get a response after 3pm, Monday to Friday. When the phone is answered, it is with complete defense and excuses. Currently Shannon is dodging emails about the snowdrifts out our doors. When i speak with neighbors they ALWAYS tell me about how they have been trying to call for this reason, or that. Currently we have homeless people sleeping in our vestibule on a nightly basis as Shannon is ignoring those messages. I am very happy to say that our time with Burk is coming to an end, we have found a new company that has been very helpful, but we have two more weeks of being ignored. Shannon has bragged to board members about ignoring calls and text messages of unit owners that she does not like, very childish. We have paid for improvements to the building, such as new siding. They were too lazy to come look at it, and ensure that it was done properly, so now we have very very ugly work. So much money wasted. I feel it very important that potential condominium corporations are aware of the awful service they are providing. It is hard to find a good company, but keep looking, you will find someone that will take care of your building and organization, this is not it.

Brad also does his best to ensure the customer is satisfied. I wish everyone in company had the same great customer care as Brad as the the business would thrive alot more. So if you deal with this management company you will have a great experience when dealing with Brad Burke. Thanks Brad for being customer driven and caring!
